I use classes for project tracking and have some employees who work exclusively on a specific project. I ran their first payroll but did not know how to assigned their payroll expenses to the class. Since then I found that I can assign classes to individual employees, which I did. But I did this after running their first payroll. How do I attach classes to their payroll expenses for the payroll I ran previously? If it matters, these employees are paid by check, which I printed. David
HOW DO I TAKE OFF A LISTED QUARTERLY PAYMENT? I simply need to take off a Payment to date in Q1, Q2 area. My Mistake. Please help

My app on my iPad don’t have a payroll option
I have two employees. I sent both employees an email invitation to onboard using QuickBooks (which completes their I9 and W4, emergency contact, direct deposit, etc) and an email invitation to log their hours via the Workforce App. My first employee accepted the onboarding email and that worked well for him. But then when he tried to create an account for the Workforce App, it wouldn't let him use the same email he used for the onboarding. He got an error message that said the email was already in use. My second employee had the same problem, but reversed. He was able to get into the Workforce App to log his hours. But then we accepted the email to onboard himself....but he couldn't log in with his email because the email was already in use. I am sure the solution isn't to have my employees create a separate email. Any suggestions?
Do I have to turn-on automation? I'm confused. When I setup to schedule it just creates a template it doesn't send to client or have the tickler box for client to choose auto-pay.
One week of payroll data is not showing online for April 21-April 27. I tried to enter payroll using these dates, but Online only allow me to go back to June. How do I add this data to Online to correct the discrepancy?
I was able to do this in Quickbooks Desktop.
I didn't change anything on my subscription but the charges are going up substantially without any warning.

Workforce continues to give an error for employees when they are trying to clock-in and out.
August payroll used "non-specified" as the class for August, 2024. In the past, it used the "class" code assigned to that employee in the Payroll Settings information.
California changes there UI and other state tax withholding rates and I have been unable to reset them! OMG
Some employees don't like to have to log into their QB accounts and find the paystub and then print them. They asked if there was a way to have them sent automatically each payroll, since we don't print the stubs for the employees.
