Hello, I accidently overpaid an employee, so now the downloaded bank transaction doesn't match the employee's payroll. I don't mind if the employee keeps the extra money, but I am not sure how to edit his pay. Can someone please let me know the easiest way to fix this? Or offer a different solution so the transactions can match. Thank you!
Hi, I incorrectly recorded the Easter break as Vacation pay instead of Statutory holiday. How can I correct this so the the accumulated Employees vacation pay can be reflected accordingly. Thank you.

my payroll paid me direct deposit to my personal account a week later it paid me again and the money is no where to be found same amount take out 2 times but second time was not authorized
We processed payroll and for one employee we sent two etransfers that equal the amount of his paycheque. Because there are 2 transactions in my bank feed, I cannot match it to the paycheque. How do I fix this?

Hi,We have a salaried employee going on a leave of absence for one pay run. I don't have the Leave of Absence Tab available in the Employee Info Tab. See attached image. Can I fix this? Or is there a workaround? Such as, zero out the salary when generating paycheques for the rest of staff? Due of the life insurance benefit, his paycheque then shows a negative amount on his cheque. Would this amount print a cheque, or would this amount carry forward to the next payroll and deduct from his next cheque?Thank you,JoAnne
Hello, I can't seem to find to this information on the Canadian subscription. We have 6 separate companies with 5 distinct payrolls. I am wondering how many company payrolls does the Quickbooks Desktop Pro + Payroll subscription support? I saw on the US discussion boards that the American subscription allows 3 unique companies per 1 payroll subscription, is this the same rule for Canada? Is it possible to add a 2nd payroll subscription to the fee with Desktop?

As an Owner, Vacation Pay should not be calculated or accumulated(nor Accrued), however an amount is displayed when trying to prepare a ROE, why? Should a ROE be generated for an Owner?
