The employee selected the box which states "Check this box if your total income for the year from all employers and payers will be less than your total claim amount on Line 13. Your employer or payer will not deduct tax from your earnings". However they have since realised this was not the case, how can I update this information to correctly deduct her income tax?
We are re hiring an employee and it won't let me add him as a new employee because the SIN number is the same? I can't seem to re activate existing?

The paystub is incorrect, and not paid out of the account I am trying to fix. These are errors that began long ago before I started working with this person, and I am doing a deep cleanup of 2020 so we can start cleanup of 2021. Do I need an accountant to delete it out of the account?

Account is less than 60 days old, I've cleared my cache, and I keep getting "Object Not Found : Something you're trying to use has been made inactive. Check the fields with accounts, customers, items, vendors or employees." when I try to manually delete them.
I'm trying to generate an ROE for a commissioned salesperson. The ROE shows the commissions paid for each paycheque, but nonetheless returns insurable hours of zero. When I click through, I get taken to the individual paycheques. I'm able to enter the Quantity, but not hours worked - see yellow fields, below. Here is the Configuration of the Sales/Base Commission payroll Item: The payroll item follows QB's recommended CRA default config.Please help!

How do you get a response from Support that is meaningful? I have yet to see anyone explain how this new fee system is a benefit to those using Desktop for their accounting process. With increasing fees and no support, why would anyone stay? Not every business wants to be Cloud based and most do not want software spying on them and then charging them for the privilege. And to hold our information hostage if you don't pay? I believe there is a legal term for that. After 20 years of sticking with THIS company, if this is the direction that INTUIT is taking, I will be taking a different direction--after tax season of course. I would hate to be locked out of my own data.

For some context the new Time feature seems to interfere with my payroll integration to When I Work so I want to know if there is a way to remove that Time feature or if I would have to downgrade to payroll core which does not include Time.
Why can I no longer change the federal tax with holding when creating a paycheck? Used to be able to make changes in QB desktop but for some reason it will not allow changes. I have not finished the payroll session yet so should be able to adjust the federal income tax withholding.
I was able to run my payroll ignoring this error but I wonder if anything would go wrong with the payroll.
