I usually send out invoices to my clients weekly and once I received payment, I record it in QB by linking the respective transaction to the invoice - but this week I can’t select any payments, when I click on any transactions, nothing happens

For example, I got Account Receivable (Internal) and Account Receivable (External) - to distinguish the receivable to which party. Then, I created an invoice for an external party, however in my balance sheet, it was recorded as receivable to Internal. I'm so confused

How to create a payment link
Using an iPhone 13 PRO (iOs16.7) on latest version of Quickbooks app. I've reported the bug several times and the crashes still persist. I can edit existing invoices, but once I choose an item from my products/services dropdown, the app instantly closes and all changes are not saved.
No one answers the phone. Quickbooks voicemail says call back during regular business hours and disconnects. So much for helping the small business.
