Hi all,I'm finding the recent QuickBooks advanced search updates a bit frustrating, especially as there is no (clear) way to switch them off or make changes.1. When I complete an advanced search, it defaults the custom date to March 2021-present. This isn't event the start of our financial year. Is there a way to return the date filter option to all or to at least change it so that is begins at the start of our financial year?2. Is there a way to remove recent searches from the magnifying glass selection? I'd rather just see recent transaction alone as before.Thanks in advanceDS
when I download the QBO app on my phone, it will not let me switch between clients. I keep having to uninstall the app and reinstall it in order to view a fifferent client. Is there any work around for this? Am I selecting the wrong app? IT is showing me my list of clients but I can only snap receipts for one client, then I have to uninstall it and reinstall to snap receipts for the next client

All, I have an issue with how invoices are being printed/displayed when i have clicked send invoice by email.When i print the invoice from quickbooks it comes out as it should however when i click send via email and it automatically creates the .pdf the drawing comes out with boxes all shown around the text. How can i stop it doing that?
Hi, I have been trying to update Quickbooks Desktop 2019 but it will not update, it keeps trying to but Error 12007 occurs on File Doctor, I have not updated since R10 release. I have turned off my Firewall and tried but that did not help, and also I have checked my Windows Explorer and that is all set ok. Can anyone help to solve the matter, many thanks in advance.

There seem to be major bug in QuickBooks Desktop 2020 with regards to user rights.A user is able to delete a transaction although he does not have the right. I have tested it on different PC and different companies and the problem persists. A normal user with access rights to create sale invoice only is able to delete the transaction created by them although they have no right to delete a transaction. User also has no access to Purchases, Banking, Sensitive Account and Reporting.Waiting for Quickbooks to issue a patch to fix this MAJOR bug ASAP. anybody else getting the same issue Thanks
Hi, we are due to switch over to QBO at the start of our new financial year 1st July. My question is I have connected my bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal and my inventory system Quickbooks Commerce. I am testing everything out, setting up my chart of accounts, tags etc. When I switch on the 1st I would like to delete all of the transaction data. What is the best way to handle this?
Dear All, I am a Quickbooks Enterprise USA user subscriber and wishes to transfer to Quickbooks UK. Due to lack of info in the internet, I would like to raise the following questions for those who have experience on this: 1. What is the major difference between Quickbooks Premier and Quickbooks Enterprise in terms of functionality (I am currently running a test on this)2. Anyone has tried to open a US file to UK Quickbooks version? If so, would appreciate sharing how it was made. 3. Aside from being subscribed to Quickbooks Enterprise US, I am also subscribed to Quickbooks Online Plus, which I can say has a very limited functionality - Is there any additional online platform UK has? Starting to use CIS filing so I need to update my PAYE reference AOreference. I'm going to advance in company information, press on CIS option and typing in all the references needed and press save and than Done. If I will go into that window gain I will see it hasn't been saved and so I'm not able to file the returns.
