When QuickBooks downloads the bank transactions sometimes it is using the reference from the bank and sometimes the detail/description from the bank to populate the description box.
I had an old account which I canceled and today I want to login on my new account (using it for 3 months) but won't go past payment screen.Was thinking something happen to my direct debit just to find out that it activated my old account after I paid.So this must be a bug.Now I paid for the old one and the new one (Online )seems to work .Can I have a refund please .I had so many headaches this days due to your system not working .
I'm having trouble matching the sage fields we are converting with the Quickbooks fields...we have a large Sage stock database, however we are unable to match all the fields, especially the location field which doesn't show on the conversion list of option in QB...anyone have any experience in this?
Hi, I am admin on my computer but after downloading QuickBooks desktop 2020 it will not allow me to change/access/save in certain folders as it states that I can only access it as admin. Please can anyone help assist me with this issue. Temporarily I have copied the files to a new folder but do not want both folders there as it could cause confusion.
Hi there, We recently set up a new business, and unfortunately, there was a delay from HMRC in sending our Paye ref and accounts office information... In order to pay our staff on time, we paid them their net pay by transfer (minus NI / tax deductions which we have in the account still). I have researched and this is ok to do (though not ideal) as its a first payment, we have 22days to send our FPS How do I record this on QB, without re-paying them? Thank youAmy
One of my paypal accounts is only showing transactions up tp 22nd November - It's now 2nd December. I know transactions are usually a couple of days behind but my other paypal account is up to date. I've checked it's still linked and it is.
Hi, How can I change which e-mail template is connected to a specific invoice please? I have GBP and USD invoices. I have the relevant currency invoice selected as the template for each client. I have e-mail templates for both currencies - the difference being the £ versus $ sign in the text of the e-mail, stating the total amount owed. However, I have been unable to find a way to connect the USD e-mail template to a specific client or to the USD invoice template. Any help gratefully received. Many thanks. Cheers.
