I work part-time for another company as well as my own business. But I need to be able to add the income I get from the part-time job (as a PAYE employee). I am not the employer, but the employee.
I can access my Quickbooks account it won't allow me to add any company information or details. It just keeps freezing. I am a Pinpoint Local franchisee customer. Help?

After clearing cache in Chrome & Safari on iPad Pro & iMac the HMRC webpage is not found, in fact on my iMac the QuickBooks home page loaded again?Don’t have any problems with any others, any suggestions?
Just imported a list of customers from my previous accounting software and I used your template to create the CSV. However after import it tells me: "We’re sorry. We can’t import all your data just yet. Please correct the issues shown in red in the table, and then click Import again." There were a few boxes marked red, but nothing would help me to figure out why they were rejected and there was nothing obviously wrong. Same happened when I set up my account and entered my phone number. The number I entered was rejected with "please use the correct format". However nowhere was I shown what the correct format is. Have your UX people not checked for things like this? Have your developers not thought about adding context to each error to help people correct field errors? I kind-of expected more. More importantly: how can I make corrections now?

Hi, I'm two days into QB, using the Self-employed App and Self-employed on the browser. The App and the browse wont sync the transactions, I have now gone through all my transaction through the browser, which also included lots of doubles. But when I sign into the app all the transactions i've already sorted through are in there, untouched waiting for review. I've un and re-installed the app, signed out on both multiple times, Played around with different settings. I've added receipts on the App and these have appeared on the Browser, so I know some things are syncing up. Any suggestions greatly welcomed. Thanks Caroline

Quickbooks online. We are just doing our first VAT return via Quickbooks online, and it seems that it has worked out the amount we have to pay using the net figure, not the gross figure - how do we correct this please? Also, having done it manually the good old fashioned way, we have a different figure to the one Quickbooks online has calculated...??? Any help much appreciated!
My bank and quickbooks do not match rather than just reconcile I want to understand what I have done wrong I think - looking in the chart of accounts that i have added some payments rather than matched them with outstanding invoices. Could that be the cause and if that were the case is that why the column on chart of accounts with a tick and two square boxes would be empty in some cases?
when I review transactions it doesn't immediately refresh, when it used to. Also, unreviewed has ipulled in old transactions that were previously revised

i am trying to record an owners draw but i need to fill in the vat box. which vat code would i use for a cash withdrawl also if i make a purchase with the business bank account how do i complete the vat box ?
