So last year we did something we had never done before. Rather then buy standalone version of QB for the last 25+ years we got on a subscription for QB+, don't recall why but that was our solution before getting approval to migration to QB online. So the painful process was talking to overseas sales to get this setup...it took way to long and was way to painful. It was terrible. Now we get calls (on my personal cell phone that I setup for two factor authentication) for selling support and now I'm getting calls about our subscription expiring and need to renew...although it just auto renewed. These calls do not sell like a legit Intuit call (although they maybe) but in stead sound like scam artists especially since if they were Intuit employees they would see we have renewed. What's the deal here?
On the old estimates and invoices there used to be a total on the bottom showing what the taxable amount was but it is now gone on the new estimate and invoice. We NEED to see this. WHY did quickbooks take some very much needed things away on the new invoice. I think the new version is HORRIBLE and wish I could go back to the older version.
How do I fix it
So I set a reminder to cancel QB Plus (desktop) with an annual subscription. I might have cut it a little close as I canceled it on 4.9.24 and the next day we were charged over $900.00. I put in a request (somewhere) for a refund request as we are moving to QB Online....but nothing. Nobody got back. Last time I called a number with Quickbooks is was an hour and half of torture with overseas help that was NOT helpful. Any chance we are going to get that money back before migrating to QBO or should we consider this lost based on communication and support from Intuit?
Why are we getting this message when creating and invoice, how to fix this ?One or more line items do not have a progress type.
When I email my customers the details don't show on their end, only the amount. Why is this and how do i fix it. How do i turn on spell check?

I converted from Desktop to Online about one month ago. I just received several emails from QB telling me that access to my account by a third party has been removed. I didn't recognize the name of this company and had only invited my accountant and a partner to my account.I searched the name of the company and they are a QB reseller. I am awaiting a return phone call from them but the receptionist indicated that they do work for QB. She also indicated they get a lot of these calls?I am thinking that perhaps they were involved in helping with the migration of my data to QB online.If they were involved in the migration that would be OK but you'd think they would let me know ahead of time. If not, then we have a problem.
I noticed when invoicing from the mobile app the net terms are not the same as they are set when using the browser version when invoicing. The customer net terms are set in QBO (different for different customers) but when using invoicing on the mobile app the net terms are not connecting and we are sending out invoicing with the wrong net terms when they should be default to the customer. How can the app be fixed to match the browser/customer settings for net terms? Also the invoices sent from the mobile app are supposed to be BCC'd to our email, but they have stopped. All the settings on the browser version are correct in saying they should be copied, yet it's not happening. The phone is an Android if that makes a difference.
It seems quickbooks online lately just continues to hide features that use to be just one or two clicks and now it's this whole drawn out process to see the data we use to view. What's the deal.
This has been a recent issue. Items were previously coming up when scanned, and not it does not. We scanned an item that has scanned properly and populated correctly in the past, but now we are getting this message. "Quickbooks did not find '00892515177' in your list of products and services. Would you like it add it now? If not, go back and select an existing product or sevice." How do we fix? We it to scan properly.

I had two back charges for a customer that we're applied to a remittance in April. They have reversed those back charges and returned the monies to us via another remittance. So I have a total of $4,040.00 that I need to receive for deposit along with the rest of the remittance, but no invoices to apply it to...
Quickbooks seems to be going haywire. My estimate and invoice windows have changed. The features are in different places and there are some new things that weren't there. When I go to create a .pdf or send an email invoice my custom formatted invoices and estimates with my logo and colors and setup are completely gone. I called in to tech support and was on the phone with them for about an hour and they had no explanation. I asked if they could just set it back to the way it was yesterday and evidently there's no doing that. Now if I click on an estimate or invoice and click edit. The edit option just disappears and it doesn't open up for editing.

Since the change the happened to Quickbooks, there has been nothing but headaches with this. First, why did we decide to take out the ability to move up and down on the quantities with the arrow keys. This was a huge feature that made inputting estimates easy. Now we have to click on each field that we want to change quantities on. Second, why would you remove the ability to reference a product description from the input field of Product/Service, I have over 3 thousand items codes. I cant remember every code without any description. Third, If I add a space to my estimate now (Blank Line) the saved version of said estimate removes all the blank lines I added. I need separators for different item groupings. The lack of any type of ease of user design to this new layout is astounding.
We recently had 4 fraudulent transactions hit our account, showing up as 4 separate charges from a hotel. The bank has now credited our account (also in 4 separate credits). My question is, the 4 fraudulent charges are sitting in my "for review" transactions and the 4 credits from the bank are there as well....how should I properly log these? Do I just log the 4 fraudulent transactions as normal hotel charges and then credit the same expense accounts with the credits from the bank? Or is there a different way that fraudulent charges should be accounted for?
Hi Team, I bill my customers for certain products and services wherein there will be sub-service line details provided in the Invoices. However, the details for the sub-service lines are not filled in the Product/Service. The QuickBooks after the latest update is messing up the invoices by automatically picking up the product/service details from the master for the sub-service lines (wherein that should not be the case). How do I fix this, pls guide...
quickbooks desktop: I closed a checking account and opened a new one and deposited the old balance into the new account. It shows as a deposit on my bank rec but there is no entry on the expense/payment side to offset this deposit.

one of our users has issue with quckbooks quitting unexpectedly, no matter what task, once the company file is opened. all users are on the latest version of qb enterprise, with all the latest updates, including all windows updates available to date. only one user has this issue from a pool of many with the exact same hardware/ software setup. logging in with different users on this PC, as well as qb users, results in the same error, whether admin or not. i've reinstalled qb several times (fully scrubbing registry and files/ fodlers), as well as using the tool hub with all possible fixes available. main error i'm seeing is this in the log:trackdll.cpp (148) : MESSAGE: 4660: Sat May 11 13:52:57 LVL_SEVERE_ERROR--MainFrame must be already created by now as this dll is demand loaded
