I see others who have also posted this problem. However, I am not permitted to join the community related to these posts. Therefore, I'm adding it here... I have also received a couple dozen email alerts over the past 12 hours. They state that your acQuickbooks Money Processing account ending in (various accounts that are not mine).
I'm developing a Python script that's using the QB Online API. Up until yesterday it was working on the sandbox company. Yesterday I signed up on the production company to start moving the code. I got accepted, but ever since that I can't connect to the sandbox company (nor the production one) anymore. Keep getting this: "Uh oh, there’s a connection problem.Sorry, but the app didn’t connect. Please try again later, or contact customer support for help."

I just want to buy QuickBooks for only $1 per month for 3 3-month offer. Does anyone know the reason behind my difficulty in purchasing this offer?
I have Quickbooks Self Employed and in the past I have easily been able to download my transactions as a csv file. Now when I hit the export button it opens in a new browser window in an unusable format. Is this no longer a feature or is something broken?

I have added a new expense account. I want to put an existing account under it as a sub account. The new account is not an option in the drop down box.
The previous total and corrected total also match what I have itemized for each person. Help please and thanks
I missed two transactions on a past reconciliation how do I add them? I reconciled them in the bank register. Not sure what the next step is as it’s telling me that my beginning balance is off. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to move on to the next months reconciliation. Thanks!
I'm entering credit card charges from 2023 on QB2024 for Mac. When I enter the correct date and tab out of the date field the date arbitrarily changes to another date. I can not figure out why and have looked at my date formats to ensure there is no issue. It's not consistent across all entries and is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am the CPA and I've received an Accountant's Copy of a file created in Desktop 2023. I've had the file open several times and have been working in it just fine. I opened it in 2024, which shouldn't be an issue. Today when I tried to open a file I got the "You are accessing a feature that is not supported in the accountant's copy" error. I ignored it since I hadn't even opened the file yet. Then I got the set up a password screen. The file has a password created by the client. If I set up a new password, I won't be able to send it back to them. I shut it all down and tried again and got the same scenario.I probably have 2 dozen accountant's copies in house right now and this is the only one I'm having an issue with, at least so far. Does anyone know what is happening? I don't think I should be changing client passwords.

my QuickBooks went back to its original setting and now when I send out estimates to a client, they ca no longer see the accept or decline. please help can't create or send estimates or invoice to this is resolved thank you so much in advance
Has anyone else had multiple emails stating that your account information was updated successfully even if you haven't signed in? I have received 6 emails in the past hour stating this and can not get ahold of anyone at Intuit or Quickbooks. I have a two-step verification set up but am still concerned.
