on which page do i find the "e-file" option?
I am trying to customize my customer statements. In desktop I could add a note that would show at the bottom of the statement. Every time I go to the settings it disappears and I can't get into the statements editing. These are the instructions I have been following. When I go from company to another company, Quickbooks stops working. It used to just do this once in a while, but now it keeps doing it.
HelloI am trying to register my quickbooks desktop 2020 product on my new computer. When I enter the license and product number, it takes me to a box that asks for my email and phone number associated with the purchase. When I enter those it says they are not valid--I know they are--and that I have to call a number to have an agent help me. I call the number and the robot says the only way to get help is via the chat. When I try to initiate a chat, absolutely nothing happens, even after 24 hours. PLEASE HELP!
Hello everyone. I have an unusual question. I’m currently using Quickbooks Premier 2023 for Windows with Payroll but we primarily use Apple computers in our office so I’m using it on a Virtual Machine on a Mac. If I get Quickbooks 2024 for Mac, is there a way to continue using Payroll and export it weekly to the Mac version? I was taught on the Mac version so that’s what I know and love.

Can someone give me some information on the subscriptions. We operate a small company with 10-15 employees. We have always had "Basic Payroll". We now Have Quickbooks 2022. We run our own payroll, pay our own Fed and State taxes, File our own 941 returns, print our own W-2's etc. After going over my intuit accounts I discovered that I pay for 2 subscriptions. #1 is Quickbooks Payroll Annual Standard $718.50 with taxand #2 Quickbooks Plus Annual Subscription Pro $588.80 with Tax. Do I need both of theses? These charges seem extreme! I call support and was told that Quickbook Payroll Annual Standard was for the IRS Tax Stuff and that the Quickbooks Plus Annual Subscription Plus was for Finances, Reports, ETC. I was told I need both of these things. Is this true or am I getting screwed? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!!
I can't just mail 1 page of the 1099 with two vendors on it??
When I print out checks they are not printing the number amount and the date. It prints out the written amount and the name and memo but not the other two. How do I fix this?

Just recently on two Server 2016 RDS we experience a 10 minute delay opening company files. In the QB log file we see: "AppShellLaunchPluginCmd.cpp (76) : CHECKPOINT: 8796: Sat Dec 30 09:25:52 AppshellV2: Launch plugin begin execution, pluginId = CEFBrowserPlugin , pluginContext ..." Next entry in the log is 10 minutes later and then QB Premier 2021 works fine. Not an NTFS issue, nothing we know of has changed on the server (no updates since 12/16), but procmon shows nothing useful to me. Uninstall, reinstall QB - both servers doing same thing. If I rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks 2021\CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe file to something else (i.e. so it won't run), QB opens at normal speed. Also it works as a local admin, but these are terminal servers so that's not an option. This has been working for years. Also if I destroy the users profile disk (again, this is a terminal server) then first couple of logins to QB work again. But after a while (have n
We are a service company and we also sell equipment, the problem that we are having is trying to keep track of our own equipment repairs.We open a sales order in Quickbooks using our own company as a **so called customer** so that we can enter our labor time and inventory parts, this way we can keep track of expenses and also keep inventory upto date.When we transfer the sales order to a invoice we need a way to map everything to the proper GL accountsdoes anyone have any ideas to make this easier?

In my transaction there is a credit entry that says "online ach thank you" from my Visa cc. What does this mean and how do I handle it?
If I start QB on my host machine, I cannot connect via my workstation as 2nd user. If I open my host file with the 2nd workstation first, I can open my file on the host machine as 1st user without problem. I have gone around in many circles but cannot resolve this issue. Can someone assist?
I have can not find any of my last years invoices from any of my searches and also seems I have lost saved customers, Nothing is showing up under invoices for any of the date ranges?
We quote airplane parts to our customer base. The parts we quote are stored under the product field in QB. Does a report exist, or is there a way to view all of the estimates we've made for a given Product. For example, we have quoted "example product A" to different customers 100 times over the last 6 months. The price is variable per estimate, and we've received orders from some customers, but not all. We generate far more estimates than invoices. Our hit rate from estimate to invoice conversion is somewhere around 10 to 1. We want to improve that ratio so we're looking to understand the market better at a product level. We haven't yet discovered a way within QB to see all of our quotes for a given product at once. Does anyone know if it's possible to generate a report of all estimates for a given product, or potentially all products?
The error says "We can't sign you in. Your employer has adjusted your access to Workforce. You'll need to reach out to them to regain access." However, my employer's accountant keeps telling me that they cannot do anything about it because I am showing as active in their system, and all they can do is set me up but nothing else. They keep referring me back to QB Support. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Quickbooks team,We've set up all the products with a specific category (and sub category) and have been using this feature since the beginning. Not sure what's wrong, but seems that I could not create a new product category just now. There is no save button after filling in the details. Please advise the precise steps.
