Can I cal QB 24/7 for phone support on Saturday and Sunday? If so, what number can I reach someone. I upgraded to QB Advance.

How does this happen? Invoice is generated automatically each month. I email the invoice to the customer for her to pay online.She emailed me today saying she received the wrong invoice. The thing is, her invoice this month did not self-generate so there is no way I made the error. The email on the invoice that she received was correct for that customer, not for the customer that complained.How can this possibly happen???
Buen Día Estimados de la comunidad en esta ocasión consulto sobre el proceso de emparejar o hacer match un deposito bancario con las facturas de los clientes, se hicieron 3 invoices las cuales se les dio recibimiento pero no se emparejo con el deposito en el banco por lo que el deposito sigue apareciendo como no esta emparejado ante esto consulto si se puede revertir el recibimiento del pago de los invoices para luego emparejarlo con el deposito. Quedo a la espera de su valioso apoyo.

Hi, The LIVE quickbooks team has messed up ALL my books and now they are absconding, refuse to reply to my messages, refuse to clean it up. I have been begging for an appointment with the clean up team for 2 weeks BUT NO APPOINTMENT. The books are so messed up , I cant even give them to my CPA or take thenm to another accountant. I saw some same reviews on this forum but too late. No idea what to do now. $2500 wasted, and now I dont know how to fix my books!!!!
I create estimates for customers with multiple product lines from multiple vendors. I would like to be able to automate the creation of multiple purchase orders by the supplier. To clarify: I have an estimate with the following line items:Line 1: Supplier 1: Product ALine 2: Supplier 1: Product BLine 3: Supplier 2: Product CLine 4: Supplier 2: Product DI want to create:PO001: Supplier 1Product AProduct BPO002 Supplier 2Product CProduct DNow I know QB Online cannot do this, but are there any third-party app or integration methods that would do this: Perhaps by pumping out the estimate to the third party and pumping back in the purchase orders?I am certain I am not the only one in the world with this issue - someone must've resolved it somewhere!
I am using QB Pro Desktop 2019 and cannot set up a new company. Only three small "entities" (all personal entities, no businesses) are currently being maintained. This is the screen progression:1. I opened QB2. I clicked No Company Open3. i clicked Create New Company4. I clicked For Myself (as admin)5. I clicked Start Setup6. On the next screen, "Glad you're here," I entered all data (company name, industry, business type, etc.)7. I clicked "Create Company" button at the bottom. Screen stays frozen and will not advance. No instructions or notes are otherwise given on the screen. I am a retired CFO/CPA and have been using QB for as long as I can remember, so I understand the landscape. I run Windows 11 and only 20% of the SSD is being used. Can anyone offer suggestions to solve the problem in # 7 above? Thank you so much!
I have a customer that, when attempting to open another company file from either the history menu, or by selecting Open Company File from within the app, is immediately booted from the program. There is no issue when opening the same company files by manually navigating to the folder they are in, then double clicking them. When starting QuickBooks after exiting/crashing the program doesn't have any issue opening the most recent company file. The crash only happens if you attempt to open a different company file from within the program.
How do i change or correct the account a pay cheque came out of?
This question could be either here since it deals with sales tax or invoices. We have two vendors that we ship product for that is being shipped to two different states. We currently use an in house program to create our invoices so that isn't an issue for the person creating the invoices. However when I have to upload the invoices into QBO, I am currently having to create a sub invoice, for example 111111-1 where as the original invoice is 111111, to cover the items being shipped to the second address along with that states' sales tax. Is there a way to have both shipping addresses on the same invoice along with the two state sales tax that each item is creating?
Is there an update/fix to the issue that has been addressed many times over 4 years with QB online, regarding the bill to and ship to addresses needing to differ without typing an asterisk? I am new to QB and came here to ask, but see this has been discussed many times. Also, is there an option to add the shipping address without having to click into the edit customer field each time we type an estimate? It does not allow me to enter anything directly into the Ship To field area.
HiHas anyone successfully fixed this error message? Upgraded to Enterprise in May 2023 from Premier. Premier was Contractor Industry. Unable to update Enterprise to Contractor Industry. Since it references CDs.... I think this is a very old error message and fix is outdated. Deb
When we try to get the custom field value ["Customer Purchase Order Number"] using Quickbooks online API, we are getting custom field data in the API response. Attached is the custom field Name and value used in the Invoice for reference. We are using Quickbooks online Plus Account.
I am trying to access the test drive feature so I can test some transactions out first in a sample company instead of doing it in our live data. When I click on the links in the instructions for test drive it just brings me to my QuickBooks data. How can I access a sample company on QBO that is not the accountant version. Thanks!
Hi thanks in advance! I have some issues with my IRA contributions. 1. Right now personal contributions to my personal Traditional IRA are showing up as other current assets in my personal books, but I don't have the IRA account set up in QBO. Should I have that set up or does this go in a different category?2. The yearly contributions are accruing so it looks like I contributed twice this year, even though in the register it clearly shows that's not the case.Are they supposed to show in the P&L like that? Hello - I am trying to update the email template that goes out with our invoices. Not the text template, the actual header and footer template around it with our company name and the pay now button on the top and the intuit, inc all rights reserved on the bottom. Ours has changed for some reason. Where does that data come from?Thank you.
For over a week now, when I check for updates to my 2020 Accountant desktop, it runs through the updates and when it gets to the Critical Fixes update, it "acts" like it's downloading something (the percentage starts climbing and counting the kbs), but when it finishes, it says "Nothing new downloaded". Is this an issue that others are having? How do I know if I'm really missing an update or if this is just a "glitch"?
How can I find my supplier in the list?
We have several like payments that are made to the same entity each month electronically. These payments are not vendor payments; hence they don't flow through the payable process. The payments are identical except for the date and payment amount. Some of the payments have several split general ledger code line items that are unique to the payee but are always the same for each payment to that respective entity. Is there a way to enter a check that uses "ACH" as the check number (payment is made electronically), with all of the line-item general ledger detail, then save that payment and duplicate it for the next payment made to the same entity with an edited date and amount? Currently, the only options I see are "save and new" or "save and close".
