I would like to find instructions for migrating QuickBooks Desktop Mac 2021 Version V20.0.14 R5 data to Quicken Classic Business & Personal Version 7.10.1 (Build 710.55389.100) macOS 14.7. I have had nonstop issues with transactions not properly synching and TurboTax does nothing to fix it ever, always requiring me to manually fix this.
I’m trying to enter time cards to show up on job costing reports while using a third party payroll. After 6 calls and over 25 hours on the phone w QB I was told there’s NO way without creating a bill or attaching to a bill which in turn changes the customer invoice amount. Not going to work. I use QB desktop. I was told I needed payroll even though I’m not using it to run a payroll. That is false as it doesn’t matter still doesn’t show up on job cost reports. I run a remodeling company so my crew could be at 4 different customers houses a day. I need a way to add the time cards so I can see the labor on the job cost summary and or detail reports. Anyone else do this with luck pls help! Every call I have made turns into a waste of time. Last call I was sent to two different departments then told to call Enterprise number. All no luck. Can’t get a supervisor. The customer service is terrible with problem solving. Basically told me well I guess you are out of luck.
I'm trying to upload our FY 21-22 budget into QBO but there's no place to select the correct fiscal year when you're using the "Import Budget" screen. When I import it, the budget lands in the previous fiscal year (20-21) instead of the current (21-22); not sure why it's doing this. I see there are fiscal year selections only on the "Add Budget" screen. I don't want to have to manually add each budget (we have many for grants), how can I use the Import Budget screen but get the budget into the correct fiscal year??? Our QBO version is Advanced. I am planning to add a new location. I want to make all exisitng transactions with the old location (Old)Using the reclassify tool I can mark all the P&L accounts with(Old). There are four balance sheet accounts where the reclassify tool cannot find transactions with no location listed. These are all transaction prior to 9/3/2013.For my bank account I can look at the register and see transactions not showing the current location. In order to edit these, I must unreconciled, save, edit location, save, remark as reconciled. For accounts receivable, there is no wayt to see location in register view. I have already tried comining in as a new user on my browser.

I've already connected to Chase bank multiple times and disconnected the two missing accounts in the Chart of Accounts. When reconnecting the bank and ensuring the accounts are active in the Chart of Accounts, the 2/3 accounts are still not showing (only the checking account shows, not the two credit card accounts).
QB has had 12 months to adjust the 401K limit and when I try to max out it says the limit is $30,000 what have they been doing if they don't have the correct amounts in?
I am also trying to pay them their paid time off money that is due from their service so far.
QB Desktop: I tried to apply credits to bills in bulk for one vendor by marking the checkbox for multiple bills in the Pay Bills screen to the amount of the open credits, hit the Set Credits button, and that didn't work. I went to the Vendor Center and could see a "payment" of $0 and the bills I was trying to mark as paid still showed as open. So I deleted that payment, which freed up the bills again for payment; however, now I don't see any open credits and one of the bills that I tried to apply partial payment on still shows the reduced amount instead of having reverted to the original amount of the bill. What steps do I need to do to get my credits back and get that one bill to show the full amount of the bill before my error?

Modern View doesn't have amounts or a balance in the Transaction Journal when you drill down in the Trial Balance. The most ridiculous change I have seen yet. When I switch to Classic View all of the information is there. Accountants need numbers. Who had the idea to remove amounts from default reports?? Please fix this asap or you will have a not of unhappy customers. Anyone else having this major issue?? Thanks.
