I processed an employee bonus twice in error. I had processed it during earlier pay period and forgotten i had done that and processed it another time. It was directly deposited on 11/29. what is the easiest way to rectify?
A prior fiscal year bank deposit transaction was reconciled. This transaction was incorrectly deleted and then recreated. What is the process to reconcile this item (again) which would allow reconciliations in the current fiscal year to be in balance?
We had issues with our PTO accrual balances. In the process of correcting it, we have mistakenly "archived" our PTO Time Off Code. How can I reactivate it?
I've added our logo to our invoices, and it was working fine in the past. For some reason now it cuts off the last 2 letters of the company name and the second line when we actually print/pdf it. The print preview shows the full logo. I've attached what it looks like, has any one else experienced this?
I have the problem of large logo, not fully printing from quickbooks enterprise. Print preview looks fine, and if I email the pdf and print off of the pdf it comes out fine. I have looked through other discuss threads and i have done these sets already; latest updateran print and repair pdf fix from qb hubnotepad prints correctlyemail PDF's look correct (and prints correct)adjusted margins in layout designer from .5 to .25 all the way around Help would be appreciated.
Hi All! So my problem right now is creating POs and Open PO Reports that show either multiple product due dates or will properly break out what is open and due (invoiced) and what is not due yet and hasn't been invoiced to us by our vendors. For example if we order 100 bolts but we don't need all the bolts right away we will have our vendor ship lets say 25 bolts every 2 weeks. Lets say we are halfway through that order currently, we have 50 and are still expecting 50, we have been invoiced for 50 so far but my PO has a due date of the first shipment for the total order amount so when I run my report instead of showing only what we've been invoiced for so far it shows the entire balance of the PO due. I attached an old PO for an example of how my purchasing dept is entering the POs currently and the report I currently use (I added a few columns that I felt would be helpful but I may be missing important ones). My new task at my office is to be able to show what amount is currently open

Hello, When I create an Estimate(s) in the Product/service field "Services" automatically appears in that field. I go to delete it, because I want nothing in that field, but Services appears again. Never use to do this until their update. This will affect our reports. Is it possible to keep that field blank through

I am trying to set up a way to track my employees' requests for time off that allows me to approve AND tracks them through Payroll - so that their balance reflects what has been approved and used. I found the "Feature Add Ons" and have tried to add a code for PTO, Sick, and Vacation. But they are locked on my view and do not allow me to assign them to any members. What am I doing wrong?

Since tsheets migrated to QB, I've lost the ability to see staff locations through the day - I use this for billing customers. Now I only see a start and stop location. The video https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/feature-preferences/how-does-gps-tracking-work/00/439429 shows multiple gps points, like tsheets used to. Help!
Hi All,I created a sub account of sales e.g. 'Indirect Sales' to track sales to retail outlets. Invoices show up in Indirect Sales correctly. But I've made a mistake when depositing payments - just not sure where. These customers pay with a credit card through a service e.g. CORPAY. When I do a 'Receive Payment' and process the credit card for the selected invoices, it is creating the deposit in 'Indirect Sales' for which the invoices already show the sale. Not sure how to fix this. I'd appreciate any help. Please see attachment for an example. Thanks, Matt.

Hi,We tried to make role for our purchasing team where it required to input landed cost. But to able input landed cost we have to set "accounting" role where it has access to edit and closed transaction where we want it restricted for our purchasing team. Here is the error screen shoot when we are not put role "accounting" on user our purchasing and failed when try to post landed cost. is there another way to set role for our purchasing so they can post landed cost?
I have used Square integration for years but recently began selling with Squarespace.
I just purchased QB Enterprise and Enhanced Payroll. I have two small separate companies set up. Do I need to purchase a separate payroll subscription for both of them? Or can I use the same subscription service key for both of them? They have separate EIN's. Thank you,
