I want to verify that all of the invoice reminders that are set to automatically send are actually sending. I have it set to send out automatically. I looked through the activity log and audit log and I don't see any indication that they have been sent. How do I fix this?

I am looking at the Square Connection App, but I have a question concerning Square Items Based on my client's needs, I hope to automate the matching of Square deposits with bank transactions, rather than doing them manually, which takes some time. My client doesn't track the items because he doesn't have inventory on most of his products. He owns a photography company and operates sales booths at some of his events, selling products on-site. He uses square terminals for checkout, and we do track the items, but there is no inventory count since they are printed at the time of the sale. Is it possible to import the totals, with the details of the deposit (i.e., merchant fees, sales tax, refunds, etc.) and not each inventory item? ThanksEJ

We have a small business and are attempting to set up so we can receive credit card payments. We have QuickBooks Desktop 2019 version and are running into errors. Is it still possible to set this up in 2019 version? Or is that obsolete? Thanks!
I want to see the Details of QTY/ITEM and MEMO (why use MEMO to show the ITEM Description is beyond me). But when I run the OPEN SALES by ITEM report, I see QTY/Description etc.WHen I run OPEN Sales by Customer , I DON'T see it. Please TELL ME what is wrong or am I missing something, here.
Quickbooks began behaving strangely so I did a data verification, which found errors. At this time I did a rebuild data and received a "The operation could not be completed. No other information is available about the problem" error message. It destroys my file - takes it from over 300 mb to 100, and I can no longer open it. I have gone back about a week's worth of backups and all the backup restorations result in the same errors. It is getting very frustrating for many reasons and I need some advice. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
My organization currently has QuickBooks Desktop 2021 and is considering getting QuickBooks Online Plus via TechSoup. How would importing to Online work? Also, how does renewing through TechSoup work? Is the annual rate indefinite, as long as our eligibility reconfirmed? Or would we have to create a new account each year?
Our company always sends statements at the beginning of the month to customers with a balance. We recently migrated from Desktop to Online and cannot figure out how to email statements that include a PDF attachment. The PDFs are so much easier for the customers to read and understand. When they pull up the email (usually on their phones), the text is not laid out well and is difficult to understand. Now when I send statements, I get responses from customers saying they don't know what the information on the statement means. I've gotten nowhere with the AI chat bot, haven't been able to connect with a "Live Expert" from the Help menu (no such option), and got nowhere in the Sales options with our account settings. This is ridiculous and so very basic.It is embarrassing that we cannot provide something to our customers with a neat and tidy appearance, and that QB Online cannot give straightforward, live assistance to its own customers (us).
We're using Quickbooks for invoicing, how do we avoid duplicating numbers? We have two people entering invoices and numbers are getting duplicated. Quickbooks warns of duplicate numbers from 2011 but not in the current month.
I have invoice reminders set to use a custom message in the emails. I just noticed that they are being sent out with AI writting up reminders and trying to be funny in the message. When I click on use Default Message, it goes to the factory default message, not my custom message. So why is QBO only sending AI and Default invoice reminders and NOT what I custom typed in the settings. I can't get it to display the custom message at all. It's AI or Default, that's it!?!?! I Also just had to go into incognito mode to post this, after finding out on Google why I was getting the following error. Come on QB get your stuff together!!!!"Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication"
I know how to create a bill for a vendor and then schedule a payment, and have Quickbooks Online print and mail a check for me. I have a customer who paid me when they did not need to, and I have created a credit memo on their account. I would like to have Quickbooks Online print and send a check to the customer for me.
