Greetings, I am a small business employer and have 1 employee in the state of Minnesota. I received my rate determination letter for 2025 from Minnesota Unemployment. It has a new assessment called 'Additional Assessment' which my Payroll system is not setup for. What to do? Note, the new assessment is 5% of my UI tax due. Thanks for your help.

Still having continual problems with the EMPLOYEE TIME & COSTS.It is leaving off a LOT of workers' time. How can I fix this? Time consuming to have to go to each paycheck to get the job details and manually enter. QB also does not send the pay stubs to the employees' emails. It was sending everyone's pay stub to one employee. Why.

One of my credit card accounts has stopped downloading transactions as of June 2, 2024. The bank is "ally" and all the transactions are displaying properly on their website. I tried disconnecting the account, then reconnecting it. At that point, Quickbooks asks for the login credentials to that account, which I supply. After that, it runs through an animation saying "Bringing money in transactions" "Bringing money out transactions" "All done". However, there are still no transactions past June 2, 2024. Many months back, I was in a chat with intuit, and they did a screen share. They noted the problem and told me that this was a known issue and that they were to escalate the case. Well, huge surprise, I never heard back and the problem persists. I tried to get into a chat with intuit today, twice, but, huge surprise, no one ever joined the chat, and it timed out, starting over. Has anyone encountered this problem
We sent estimate with a request for deposit. The customer paid the deposit with a bank transfer. The bank transfer did not auto-post to the customer's profile or create an invoice.

I am currently using QB Desktop Pro 2021, and when I try to attach a PDF to an estimate or an invoice to send to a customer via email, I get an error stating "Attachment size exceeds 2 MB limit. Remove one or more attachments and try again." Is there any way to increase this size limit? I have my QB emails going through Gmail if that matters.

I need the project report option for Brazil in order to input the data into excel
We are new to QBO Advanced. When creating a purchase order from an estimate, key pieces of information from the estimate do not transfer over to the purchase order. This includes Rate, Customer/Project and Class. Do I need to enter the customer/project name and class for each line item or is there a way to get them to auto fill on each line. We have purchase orders of up to 35 lines and it would be highly inefficient to add this information to each line. As far as rate, I understand that the rate pulls from the Item List so if the rate in the list is zero, then a zero will be entered in the rate column. This makes it a challenge for us as we have may items that have a zero cost in the item list and the rate entered on the estimate is the current market price. This was not an issue in desktop since the rate on the estimate was the rate that was pulled over to the purchase order, not the rate from the item list. Is there a way around these issues? When reconciling, a charge shows up on my credit card statement and in my expense register but it does not show up in the reconcile page after entering the information. How can I move the transaction to reconcile it?
Hi All;Using QB Desktop Accountant v 2014 My questions is, How would you record this - my client schedules vendor payments 30 days out (ie its currently 4/29, but my client is scheduling payments on invoices due in May (ex: 5/15) which the bank will than issue payment in May (ex 5/15)). I'd like to record these before the payments are actually issued but I'm not sure the best way to do so. Especially as the actual check number isn't issued until payment is actually issued. It would be great if there was a way to record them where they sit in a 'holding' spot so when I do have a check number I can enter it. But in the meantime, it will show invoices paid or at least scheduled to be paid on (ex 5/15). Thanks for your thoughts/considerations

When I go into Company | Set Up Users and Passwords | Intuit Account User Management or when I click on the Online button that appears in my icon bar, I get this error: "You do not have access to perform this action. To complete this, request for [sic] access from you Primary Admin." I AM THE PRIMARY ADMIN! And there are no other users. I also cannot Update Web Services. I get an error saying "Application requested to abort." Finally, when I routinely log into QB Desktop, I receive a popup urging me to sign into my Intuit account. Sometimes I did it, other times not. But I no longer see that dialog, if that's relevant here. (And I have logged separately into my Intuit account via a browser and all is well there.) Any suggestions for how to overcome these issues? They all seem related. Thanks for your help.
The current invoice #s in my Quickbooks Online account are 1,2,3,4,5 all the way to 11 After that I have invoices that start at around 1500 and go up to 1620 The next time I create an invoice, I want the invoice # to be 1621 but QB automatically sets it to 1 above the lower #s, in this case 12. I enabled custom transaction #s and the manually changed the invoice # 12 to 1621. I then created a new invoice and the new invoice # that gets created is #13 which I then need to manually change to 1622. I also tried changing the latest invoice # to 1622, saving it, turning off custom transaction #s and then copying that invoice and the next invoice # that gets created is 14 and not 1623. I checked the community discussions and also deleted my browser cache, deleting cookies, tried 2 different browsers (Brave and Chrome) and nothing seems to work. Is there any way to tell Quickbooks that I want all subsequent invoice #s to start with the number 1621 or 1622 or do I
