On Form NYS-45, Part C – Quarterly employee/payee wage reporting and withholding now requires that NYS, NYC and Yonkers withholdings are reported separately, but the existing forms in QB combines these so it makes it difficult now for us to file the NYS 45, is QB working on a fix for this? I am trying to remove my home address and phone number from my invoices in QuickBooks, as I run an online business and prefer not to have personal information displayed. For several hours, I’ve been attempting to resolve this issue, but despite saving changes, both my address and phone number keep reappearing on the PDF invoices and payment emails. I've tried customizing my invoice template and updating company settings, but the issue persists. How can I ensure my address and phone number are completely removed?

One of our employees got a new phone and phone number. She has been having issues with her Workforce app ever since. After selling my business, I canceled my QuickBooks Online subscription. Subsequently, I received a refund check made payable to the business. However, by the time the check arrived, my business checking account had already been closed.I encountered a similar situation with another vendor, who promptly and helpfully reissued a check in my personal name upon request. Unfortunately, my experience with QuickBooks has been markedly different. Despite numerous lengthy calls to customer service — often involving escalations to managers — the issue remains unresolved.Each time I speak with a manager, I am assured that reissuing the check is a simple matter and that a new check will arrive within 14 days. I want to be very clear. I AM NOT LOOKING TO INSTALL QUICKBOOKS. Please do not ask me why or anything related. I want to know how to "completely" get rid of quickbooks software off my computer. Using the control panel or removing from windows settings does not completely remove the program. There are still temporary files and registry keys left over. I was told that there was a removal tool that I can use to completely remove Quickbooks. Does this tool exists? If not what can I do to remove the rest of quickbooks off my computer.
My bank withdrew the funds for payroll tax on 12-31 but QuickBooks logged it as 1-3-2025 so I can not reconcile December.

I currently run Contractor direct deposit payments out of QBO payroll.For each week I pay contractors for various jobs that are costed / itemized when the payment is made. How do I invite them to Workforce so they can see the details of their payments and see what jobs they got paid for and how much? Is there anyway, we can get payment delivered in 1-2 business days? QB says it takes 3 days the first time but can process in 1 day after "a few" successful transactions. We have a requirement to process all 60 in 1-2 days and cannot wait 3 business days.

Our organization just started using QuickBooks Time. Because it's linked to our QuickBooks Online system, it displays all 2,618 customers. Each employee should only be able to see a few customers. If I go into the Manage Customers window, it seems like the only way I can change a customer to be assigned to all is if I click each one, uncheck the inbox, and click save. I don't want to do that manually for all 2,618 customers. Is there a way I can mass uncheck those boxes?Thanks!
