How can I get my bank detail to come into quickbooks accurately?
Hi I have seen the past couple weeks. Multiple and I mean multiple updates to the iOS app and it still says a bug is preventing from allowing mobile check deposit. It has been very frustrating as my company depends on check being deposited. Every time I see the update log it says bug have been squashed. Anybody else seeing this message? Thank you!

Does anybody have any tips for improving QBO performance? I have done all the typical things like switching browsers, clearing cookies and other browser data. All I get is spinning wheels, even when I try to log out. In addition, my bank transaction comes up blank, except for the account summary boxes.

How to delete a company backup that is stuck in-progress status?
I just found out that someone hacked into my quickbooks, turned on the contractor payments and set up a payment to themselves for almost 1000.00! they set up a bill to themselves and set up the payment from my personal account. i have to wait till monday to get ahold of anyone at quickbooks but for now i activated 2 step login and deleted the contractor but it doesnt allow me to delete the bank account. Beware and watch your accounts!
I run four companies with QuickBooks Online (QBO), three of which are very active. In Fall 2024, I created a new company, assuming the fees would match my existing accounts under the same QBO service level. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Upon receiving a $200,000 ACH payment via invoice, I discovered that for businesses started after September 2023, QBO charges a 1% processing fee with NO CAP—meaning I paid over $2,000 for a simple ACH transaction my bank would have processed for as little as $1. After escalating my complaint three times, QBO’s response was simply to "read the terms and conditions." I admittedly missed this policy, but I never expected QBO to charge different fees based on a company's start date or demand such an outrageous cut of my transactions. After 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone, I was told I could get the fees refunded if I issued an eCheck refund and had my customer pay me outside QBO. The ending balance on the month I reconciled is wrong. How do I fix that?
I'm trying to sort through my first couple months of deposits, new business owner. I wasn't keeping an accurate track of deposit amounts the first couple months. Now I'm trying to go through and match Undeposited Funds from Daily Sales with the bank deposits. How do I adjust the amount that was in the deposit? When trying to do "Add funds to this deposit" I've been selecting "account" Undeposited funds, then -$2.97 for the amount. I also tried "cash back goes to" Undeposited funds. I keep getting "Select bank account for this deposit", the appropriate bank account is already selected and will not let me create the deposit.
Last year I began invoicing my husbands customers through Quickbooks Self-Employed. There are customers that I KNOW I have emailed previously, but when I go to email this year, their email is just gone from not only their info , but from the previous invoice. What the heck?
For the past couple of days, when I download my bank transactions, it shows that they have been downloaded to QBO but I can't see the actual transactions below the boxes with the bank account info. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried from two different computers and same results. I have 3 bank accounts in QBO and 2 of them are showing downloaded transactions, "6" in one account and "3" in the other but the actual transactions are not below like usual. Thanks!
I've tried different browsers and different computers. The site is clearly broken but I need to get stuff done today. Ironically, the qb online status page is 400ing https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com
I'm using quickbooks online in the latest version of Google chrome and I can't get it to load correctly. It freezes everytime. I've already gone through all the troubleshooting steps.

I have already cleared my cache, tried different browsers and incognito mode - this does not fix the issue.How can I resolve this?
