Now all I see on desktop version is category, description, and amount. There used to be a field between description and amount. It is also missing from the mobile version of QBO online.

When using Quickbooks app on an IPhone the scrolling feature does not work and it locks up.

Hi,Beginning late last month QB Online began including tips in the 401(K) calculations for employees and the company match. After way too many hours on hold over several weeks I was told that it was recently changed so that tips are included and that it cannot be turned off. Anybody have experience with this and is this true?Andy
I am an Alabama company with Alabama-based employees. Last October, I had an employee quit and move out of state. When I updated his mailing address for his final paycheck, my QuickBooks now shows I owe a return for SC. We have never worked in SC. I updated the employee's address back to AL, and it still shows. When I try to click to file the return and mark as zero, it takes me to a page that says I need to configure taxes for SC. When I click that, I get a page cannot be found error. It's an endless cycle. No,w even though that employee shows terminated as of October last year, it still shows a past due return for SC for the last quarter of last year, and now it is showing one for the first quarter of this year. I currently have only one employee who resides in AL. My setup shows the correct location address, company address, state for AL for withholding and that is what is being withheld. When trying to ship via UPS from within QuickBooks, I receive the following error: Error: [250002] Invalid Authentication Information. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? QuickBooks help has been absolutely no help. I tried UPS too and they were polite, but couldn't help, as I expected.

From my app transactions, I typically am able to update or add my customer or items for Square transactions. The dropdown is blank and will not give me the option to add, yet I am getting a message that it's a "New Square Customer and I should Update". I have tried everything for weeks and it's becoming a real pain for my books. Please help! I should also add that Square is pulling over the correct customer and I can see it, I just can't edit it or add it as my Quickbooks customer name. I tried adding directly to my customers list and when I go back into the app transactions, it doesn't show anything. Nothing in the dropdown and no "Add New" option.
