Hi I am a freelancer and need to download the payments/ deposits from my client made to me. How can I do this ?
I am unable to remove bank feed from one bank i no longer am using. when i click deactivated all online serves i get the error "Invalid Customer ID. Customer ID can only contain alpha numeric values". I tried re sorting, rebuilding, creating a portable company file and restoring and nothing.Any advice?QB pro plus 2023, windows 11

All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago, I am unable to print checks in Quickbooks 2019 desktop. Is there a fix for this problem?

I started filing my taxes and asked me if I wanted to upgrade I selected no I continued it asked me again, I selected no and at the end of my taxes I get a charge of $278 for a "free" service.

In desktop I could have all 4 of my companies in subscription and open each company seperately. Can the same thing be in quickbooks online? So far I have only been able to have 2 companies in this one login subscription.
I would like to add a field on my estimates and invoices so I can have a bill to and a service address. There is an option to have a ship to but that does not apply to my kind of business.
I need to set someone up for Read Only access. When I researched, the QB On Line website said to choose the "View Company Reports" role. Yet when I try to set up such a user, this role does not appear in my drop down list of Roles. Is there some trick to adding this type of User Role or can it even been done in a small company QB On Line version? Not sure how reply works, but it's "[email address removed]". Thanks! Tom
There no way a self employed individual can manually entered expenses. QuickBooks was useful for self employed members, not any longer. In addition there is no assistance available.
I cannot link to USAA, there is an option when I select a bank of "USAA Federal Bank Saving - NEW" However, when I try to link it throws an error before even asking for login credentials.The help message tells me to download a QBO file from USAA, but they do not offer that type of download, only CSV. I see this has been answered a dozen times and no real answer has been found. Please help.
So got my account hacked 2 weeks ago by a phishing email. Immediately knew what I had done and changed all passwords etc and called customer service immediately. They put a hold on my account and cannot process and payments and even run my payroll. Have called numerous times and always get it is still in review....you will be contacted within 48 hours.....blah, blah, blah.....bull crap! I have been a Quickbooks customer for 20 years and the customer service is the absolute worst . They forced my hand back during COVID and basically forced me to switch to QB online. Had a bunch of problems then and has been fine for a few years. When you have a problem, don't expect it to get resolved. I have turned off all my payment processing and thankfully I kept another merchant account open so I can run transactions through that merchant account.
