I have a client that no longer wants to use QBooks Simple Start. I pay the sub through my wholesale billing. I went to cancel their subscription from my account, but it will only let me transfer it to them, not just cancel it? They have never used it themselves, so will not know what to do from their side. I am sure I have cancelled subscriptions easily in the past. Am I missing something obvious??!

Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to solve this but I don't want to have to reinstall the app every few months. The option to create or view invoices has simply disappeared.
I was told to record invoices in QB anyway but this seems to double up on the actual payments meaning my bank account shows a different figure to my QB balance. What am I doing wrong?
This happens on almost all of the transactions that import from my bank account. I've attached a screenshot to show an example.
Rest of the message reads "Your employer is not connected to Quickbooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck."

Hello, we are have an invoices for different customers and all the time when we are making a product we need to print 3 different templates for 1 transaction. We have an invoice template, packing slip and proof of manufacturing. And it takes a lot of time when we need to print all 3 pages for 150+ transactions. Can we do it in 1 click or could we merge this 3 different template into 1 and print all 3 pages together?i tried to find some information about it, but I can’t. Thanks.We are using quickbooks desktop 2019.

I started using QBO in January 2024 which is when this payment was made for tax year 2022/23
