Hello, I'm having trouble accepting a client's invite to manage their books. When I click 'accept invitation' it takes me to a sign up page and won't give a log in option. Any suggestions?
When trying to update my QB account to annual payment it tries to process then pops up a window with the bank check dialogue but you have no focus because the the Intuit page wait spinner just goes around over the dialogue for ever. I thought this was a software company! What the heck is going on?
How can I do this simply.
..and different amounts when I upload their receipts (via email) and intuit uses default rate from the purchase date. When there are many such transactions, it's almost impossible to match and tell which one is which
In a time efficient manner
QB is showing open returns but I don't need to file them.
Hi, when am making invoice, it's defaults to one department ie room hire. Is there anyway I can change this, either in bulk or one by one. Thanks
Put in user id, captcha, get a message there's an error and must go to their website. it shows a message saying their certificate isn't valid. Someone needs to tell them.
Why is premium ending when I'm supposed to get free software with my business banking
I've taken a few card payments with Zettle and some payment links. I recorded the card payments as Sales Receipts and created Invoices for the payment link payments. The payments received from Zettle are less fees, so the payments don't match up to the invoices or sales receipts. I then integrated Zettle and QBO to allow the fees to be recorded in 'Zettle fees' account I created. The problem I now have is that Zettle have recorded these payments as separate invoices, so I now how duplicates of all of these payments recorded. What is the best solution here? Can I match/link the Zettle payments that have integrated with the Invoices and Sales Receipts I created originally?
I accidentally paid our employee out of the wrong bank account last quarter. Usually I can delete the paycheck and run payroll out of the correct account. The one I used does not exist (I have not figured out how to get it to not show up when running payroll). I hand write the paychecks, so it is basically a bookkeeping issue. Currently the system is not letting me complete the correct payroll as I get a tax warning and it wants me to use a paydate in this quarter instead of last.
I have invoiced a contractor for the work I carried out and he has sent me a invoice showing that he has deducted my Tax out of the amount how do I show this as now my invoice doesn't match my banking amount? Thank you in advance
Most of my payments are received by bank transfer but as I am growing, more customers are asking me to take card payments.
Customers can pay by Paypal or shopify payments. All paypal payments made in different currencies are showing as the correct amount but in GBP instead of USD for example. One customer was 22,000 japanese yen and shows in the account as £22,000 instead of approx £165
As I understand it, stock is booked into QBO when a supplier bill is recorded. Sometimes supplier bills are received some time after the stock is delivered, so I was looking for recommendations for apps that integrate with QBO that can handle receipting of goods in this way (and producing GRNI accruals).
