I have tried restarting app/phone. I've even uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled the app it worked correctly for a few days but not the same thing has happened again (lost all my saved customers/services) help please!
I have reconciled our bank account pretty much up to date and my quickbooks balance is wildly different to the actula acount balance in the bank. I conclude that when the bank feed was connected we didn't start withthe correct balance. My question is: can I journal the incorrect amount out of the account so the QB balance and the bank balance match and are correct ? If so where to I journal my rogue figure to? Help!

We use QB Desktop integrated with Accupos software for EPOS stock control and have a file size which currently is to big to migrate to online.As we are UK based QB Desktop is to be retired at the end of January 2023 so we have no option but to move to QB Online but my concern is that currently Migrations have been suspended until a method is found to move bigger files.What I wanted to clarify is what will happen at the end of January 2023 to our current version of Desktop which was installed from a download if we are still unable to Migrate, will it cease to function or could it still be used to let us carry on running our business ?.
I always reconnect each 90 days no issues. For some reason this time it will not reconnect. Anyone else got issues currently and how have you resolved them please? Kind Regards Sonia xx

I’ve reset app. Logged out and in. Reset phone, updated phone, reinstalled app. Same error message remains
Hi Team, I currently use QuickBooks desktop premier and am planning to switch to QuickBooks Online plus. Currently, am doing testing with QuickBooks online to understand the functionalities of the system. As Intuit has put a hold on the migration feature, I’m trying an alternative way to migrate my data to QuickBooks online. I was able to import the chart of accounts, product list, customers, and suppliers successfully. For the chart of accounts, I had to go to each account type and process the opening balance with the corresponding entry, triggering the opening balance. The customers' and suppliers' available opening balances were moved successfully as either a credit note or an invoice as an opening balance entry. Despite the fact that these entries have been processed, I cannot see the opening balance entries (debtors / creditors) getting reflected under ‘Uncategorised income’ and ‘Uncategorised expense’ In QuickBooks desktop premier I would normally

Hello, According to my understanding, Intuit is currently working on some development changes to increase the target file size, which has halted the automatic migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks online (Export your company file to QuickBooks online). When i spoke to one of Intuit customer care, they stated that the development work should be completed by mid-August 2022. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/move-online/migrating-quickbooks-desktop-quickbooks-online/L0WUG0q5m_GB_en_GB However, it appears that this feature is still on hold. Hi I use QBO Advanced Payroll but up until recently we have not used the system to track annual leave because there was only 3 of us. However having grown substantially over the last few months we have started to use this element of the payroll. My question relates to how the entitlement is accrued and what reason there could be for incorrect accruals or deductions. For example every employee is set to a standard 20 basic days holiday, from employee start date, accrues over time and capped at the 20 days with no carry over. However expected accrual does not seem to match with the figures on QBO and one employee had 36 hours of leave taken off his entitlement at the end June but didn't actually take any leave.What could be causing these discrepancies? And how do I fix it? Is there any sort of reset button that I could start the year over so everyone is tracked correctly? Cat
They only offer 10approx types, and same for detail types. I've set my COA up using IFRS appropriate headings, and want to use these.
When I come to categorise my bank transactions, what do I put my own wages under? I am a sole trader, not limited and there is only me being paid each week. The list of categories does not seem to list any drawings or wages
Hi All, I've just joined a company and I'm currently working my way through their accounts (and getting used to QuickBooks!). I can see that they have issued an invoice back in Jan 2022, payment for that invoice came in via Paypal in January too, but it was instead recorded as a Bank Deposit, as opposed to matching up to the invoice. Therefore the invoice is still showing as due, despite it technically having been paid. Any ideas on how to rectify given it's now in a previous VAT period? Thanks!
Hi,We have recently added a EUR account. Our main currency is GBP. All has gone smoothly till we are entering expenses. We have a EUR receipt from the account to enter. When we enter the detail as with GBP accounts we need to assign a category. All our categories have the "-GBP" addition. Does this mean we shouldn't be using them with the EUR accounts. We'd prefer to keep thing simple and have all subsistence whether GBP or EUR in the same category. ThanksAndy
Why won't the app bring up my details when I use my tablet instead of my. It keeps thinking I am a new customer.

Help as right now I am feeling Physically sick. Email from my accountant to ask about records for my business 2021/2022. I would say 98% of all the records have gone and there is very little to show. Obviously I have a deadline for HMRC but I am so worries everything has gone.
