Hi I am tryting to match a transaction but keep getting this message This transaction no longer belongs to this account.Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this error to make sure we can match the receipt against it's invoice from the bank. Thanks

Suddenly I cant connect to HMRC MTD.I have checked all the settings in QB and all appears to be correct.I have been submitting vat using MTD for a year or two so this doesn't make any sense.Anyone else have this problem?

We want to migrate to QuickBooks online but the process fails with this error. KSH currency is not supported in Quickbooks Online. Please change currency for ***** 2008 Can we add this currency to QuickBooks online? Because we can not change the customers, suppliers and currency on quickbooks desktop.
Bounceback Loan is recorded as Liability account. Previously balance tallied up as recorded expense for interest with the loan repayment from the current account banking feed. No repayments were made for 6 months, how do I update the balance owed? (Tried to record the monthly additional interest as an expense, but this isn't something that has been paid and makes my current account balance incorrect).

Hi, we do business with companies some if which are EU VAT registered and some are not. When our stripe account makes transfers to our connected bank account, it makes 1 transfer per day which can include VAT exempt and non exempt bundled together. How can I split the payment in quickbooks to the appropriate list? Thx
I need to be able to export a complete transaction list for analysis in a spreadsheet. But the exported transactions won't balance because for creditor/equity accounts debits show as negative and credits show as positive. Is there a way to extract the data with correct positive/negative numbers?
I am at banking transactions and only have the option of expense or cheque? There is not specific category for vehicle purchase only equipment leasing or purchase-1 and neither of these fall under assets? the van was paid for outright so not leased? any advice?
Ok so i maybe feeling a little on the slow side today, but please bare with me!I now take card payments in my store which is great, so when I sell something in store it goes on QB as a sale...and shows that its paid, however when the card payment comes in a few days later...does it think im getting the income twice??Also Amazon...When I get payments from them (every 2 weeks) Is that double showing as income? Hi!I received an email on the 31st March 2022 regarding the 'new' customer DirectDebit charge dates linking to the due date you place on invoices within the QB system.See attached email below.My query is that this does not seem to be the case. I duly revised all my invoice 'due dates' from the 28th of the month to the 1st of the month but after inspecting my GoCardless account I see that the customers were only charged today and payment is due on the 6th.It was quicker the way I originally set it up with a 28th of month due date and customers charged on or around the 1st of the month. Last month we were actually pid on the 1st of the month by GoCardless.Can anyone shed any light on this or be able to tell me that going forward the money will be charged on the due date as stated in the email.It's confusing for customers and hard to communicate accurately when monies will be taken. Our customers have shown us loyalty by committing to being invoiced but also need a little bit of cons
