I've linked my bank account to QuickBooks. When I go to the mobile app and choose Transactions, I see a list of all the things I have purchased with my debit card for review. All of these are expenses. When I select one, the transaction type is clearly listed as "Expense". Why cant I add a receipt to this expense?

My employee's wages are coming off in different amounts after i run payroll. like if one employee makes 500 and the other 1000 on my bank statement it will say 1 - 500 and 1- 1000 instead of one transaction of $1500. How do i put my settings that the entire wage for all employees come off in one transaction on quickbooks online
Hi, I would like to subscribe to quickbooks self employed australia however whenever I click the subscribe button it simply directs me to use the mobile app. I would like to subscribe using my card details without using itunes for the subscription. Is there a way to subscribe to quickbooks self-employed outside of the app?
Hi, I'm still on my 1st month trail, so i'm very new and still learning Quickbooks. I have connected my bank account with Quickebooks, but it only showing 2 latest transactions instead of last 90 days of transactions. I would like to have all the transactions from 01/07/2020 for the new FY record. Wonder what should i do and how can i get all the past transaction link to my account? Client has PayPal connected via bank feeds. Bank account has been reconciled and transfers all seem correct. My PayPal wont balance through. There is 3000 transactions per month so its a lot of work to go through it one by one. Ive taken into account Chargebacks.. Help! Does anyone have any shortcuts? Which Paypal report do you reconcile to?
