Hi. I'm getting this error: An application error has occurred while processing your request : -90 whenever I try to add Customer-facing Email in Account and Settings. Audit log says the settings changed but when I check, it still hasn't added. Need help asap. Thank you.
I send invoices each month to tenants for shed rental, some tenants pay ahead and have a credit on their account that I need to allocate later. I need to be able to allocate these transactions so I can reconcile at the end of each month and do my reporting. I've recently moved my bookkeeping over from MYOB, where I would be able to accept the deposit as a payment against a closed/fully paid invoice, this would create a credit for the tenant, and then when I do the next month's invoices, I would go into 'settle credits' and allocate any credits onto new outstanding invoices. How do I do this in Quickbooks Essentials? Thanks.
I have tried twice and both times i have received this error message. The address and signatures on your direct feeds form didn't match your bank's records. Any ideas on who to speak to?
I have tried clearing web history and enabling pop-ups...
Hi, Some of my clients still want to receive payment Summary for their employee although they have reported through STP.Since some of their employees are oversea students, they're not able to access My gov.I can't print Payment Summary for them under Payment Summary - ATO Reporting - Reports.Could you please let me know how I print it out? Regards,Esther
A supplier of mine is also a customer occasionally. I can't seem to invoice them. I've tried adding them as a new customer but it won't let me because their listed as a supplier?
Hi! Just wondering if there is a setting in payroll to stop super automatically calculating & accruing for an employee who is now 75? The employer has received a letter advising they no longer need to make super payments. The only think I have been able to find is overriding the $450 setting to be much greater than what the employee is paid each month....any other options?? ThanksSonia
