I recently noticed that when I was logging into my account using Chrome, it would go to the point where I could add the credentials but after that there was a constant sand clock showing. I tried to seek help from someone in QBO and I was advised that there was an issue with QBO and I should use Edge. It worked fine but I am still not able to log in thru Chrome. Is there indeed an issue or someone tried to get rid of the issue for the time being.
I have 3 email addresses so if I forward a receipt from one that's not the registered email with QB it won't accept it. So I have tried to add my other email addresses but the 'invite' asks me to set up an account. I don't want 3 accounts! Any tips on how to work around this?

Good morning,I have a transaction that appears to be a duplicate. I have excluded it and then deleted it, however the next day it pops back up ready to be categized and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

I am a pro advisor using the accountant version of QBO. I have the primary admin for a client's subscription. I have tried to change the primary admin to the client using Manage Users, and select change primary admin. I am led through to a verification screen - completed that and get a banner notice on the page saying - "The primary admin was changed". For 4 days now, it hasn't actually changed and my client is most extremely upset. I have clips of all these pages. This happens in an incognito page as well. Please help.
