I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and spent a ridiculous amount of time with support trying to get help. Anyone have this issue and might be and yo suggest a fix?
Hi, We are looking at getting a new time clock, however, this does not directly get imported in to QB like our last time clock. We only have the option of exporting as an excel file and importing into Quickbooks. Can this be done? If so, how? Thank you!!!

Hi all,I'm a new bookkeeper and my boss gave me a trial balance of a customer and I'm creating a new company file for this customer onto QB Premier Accountant. There is a balance for Accounts Receivable on the trial balance and I have a hard time figuring out on how I am going to enter the A/R balance. I was thinking, maybe I can create an invoice but realize that it's not the right way because I need to enter Item Name/Number and I do not have that. Any advice?

can you file an amended t4 summary with quickbooks
Canada. QB Online Plus. HST line 101From "Taxes", Select View Summary, I have the total sales number on Line 101. Then click on that number to pull out the detail report, that gives a different total amount. P&L has the same amount as the one in detail report. So the "View summary" line 101 is not correct. But it is impossible to find out where it comes from because clicking on that number to pull the detail report but the total in the detail report is correct. Example: Summary page, line 101 is showing $102.00, click this "102.00" and get the detail one that has total $100.00. P&L has $100.00 which is matched to the detail report.Anyone has an idea why and how to fix it? Thanks !

I am in the income tracker and have the dates at the top all set to All but it still only shows this years invoices that I have done. I would like to see all of them listed but changing the date doesn't seem to matter.
Recently I had to change work stations and reinstalled QB. My company has 4 licenses and the program is installed on 4 PCs but when I try to login at the new work station I receive an error about exceeded users. Are QB licenses being linked to the work stations they were installed on? I need some insight on how to fix this ASAP so I can access our company file again.

We have a client who has been using Freshbooks for their invoicing for a few years, but we have been completing their bookkeeping in QBO. They now want to transition their invoicing to QBO. Using the QB Connector, they can import their historical information/invoices (purchase history), including inventory and client list - BUT of course, it seems the default is that it will automatically post the journal entries, essentially double-posting everything (as the sales have already been posted). Is there a work-around to this? Thank you!
For quick books to file my pst and gst for me, do I need to set that up somehow? I accidentally pushed file my taxes and everything disappeared. I file my pst myself through etax BC and don't want to file a duplicate.
In looking at the sales tab on the dashboard, it appears as though non-sales deposits are being recorded as sales. Including:- bank transfers as a result of currency exchange- deposits to the business from shareholders for expenses- bank fees charged to the bank account The same is true of the Sales report showing under 'unspecified' customers.Seems like a bug that non-invoice items should be counted as sales...
