How do I record a credit card ourchase on a shared product I paid for with another organization?
Has anyone found that QuickBooks online , doesn't add up invoices correctly ,For a accounting program not to add up deposits correctly. Making a deposit is easy , but it added them up wrong , all checks were correct, same numbers, but ti could not add them up to the right total. This is not the first time, I had reached out to quickbooks about the issue, but no one got back to me , even after asking a few times, I even started a chat with them to get no answers, even when I was typing in the questions they were asking, said I took to long I don't think asking a question that takes about 15 seconds to type in was to long , even when they take 10 minuets to get back to you.Just lookign for answers since quickbooks did not get back to me the 10 times I asked
I am working on setting up my subscription. When I go to Intuit and attempt to add a payment method, it is only allowing US payments, I need to pay with a Canadian card.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I installed an update today for QB Pro Premier 2019 CA edition. The company file is rebuilding but taking a very long time. The file is 700mb in size, so I expect it take a while. QB has stopped responding (but the mouse moves, etc). The countdown clock hasn't changed either. - How long should I wait to restart? It's been running for an hour +- What are the likely consequences of forcing QB to close and restart?
I just took over a new account.There is a discrepancy between the Sales Tax Report and the GL. I know where the error originated and the GL is correct.I would like to adjust the Sales Tax Report. I understand that there is an adjustment functionality, but it hits the GL, which i do not want.Is there a manual override adjustment to correct the Sales Tax Report only to match the GL?

Hi guys! We have a problem with B/O items indicated in PO we have. The Received and B/O amounts do not match the items we received from our vendor (with the sum in Item Receipt). How can I adjust these quantities? How is the system keep track of B/O quantity? Denis
I receive payments from BIll.com that cover multiple customer invoices. How can I allocate the balance due from each invoice to the specific payment.
My client often pays bills prior to making the bills available to me to enter. As a result I have several bill payments recorded that don't have bills applied against them. I do this so I can reconcile the bank account without waiting for the bills. I would like a report that could let me know which suppliers have unapplied bill payments. Is there one or is there another way to find this out without having to look at each payment made to each vendor? Thanks.

I use Touchbistro in my restaurant. Every day I have a daily payments report which breaks out sales and tips for each payment type. I use this report to categorize and reconcile the daily bank deposits from Moneris. I would like to automate this process, is this possible? I would essentially like similar capability as the Square app provides, even if I have to upload a spreadsheet everyday with the detail, I want the tips and sales to be categorized appropriately for each payment deposit (debit, visa, mc, etc.).
The supplier has been paid in full but we only received a partial shipment. We need to identify the number of items that are backordered because when we paid the invoice, we allocated all items into inventory. I don't know how to do this in QBO. Help please! Thank you.
Can you reconcile an account on a weekly basis?
Here's my dilemma, The company I work for borrowed a loan from another company, who happens to be a customer of ours.We completed a large project for them and now need to take their invoices and mark them as paid and take that amount off of the loan that's been already recorded in QB as a liability.I started by going to pay the bill however no actual funds have crossed; which means I can't select any of the payment options and still reconcile at the end of the month.How to I mark the 4 invoices paid and mark the loan as being partially paid off?
I am a new treasurer and relatively new to QBO. There was a scheduled recurring transaction set up which generated a transaction which is not reconciled and I'd like to remove. It is listed on last month's reconciliation report as an uncleared transaction. How can remove the transaction and rerun the reconciliation report.
I need help clearing out "undeposited funds" account. Here's what's happening - The invoice is created on quickbooks online and is then paid by client via the link (ACH bank transfer or Credit card). But in undeposited funds I have every transaction that is paid via quickbooks payment link. They show payment to A/R and deposit to Checking.
