The beg bal and the ending bal are the same with the bank statement. Even the deposits and payments are match with the bank statements.

I have taken over the books for a company where the sales tax module was not used for a couple of years but it is being used now. I am confused by the appearance of 3 GST accounts on the balance sheet (GST suspense, GST payable, GST NET) and what they are for and how to adjust them (ie J/E).
I am having a QBD issue since I sent the accountant’s copy to our accountants. I am trying to reconcile a credit card and I get this error in the image. I can reconcile all others but this one. I reached out to support and no luck with them helping, I don’t think he understood. I just find it weird I was able to complete others before and after this account. The dates are after the dividing date and the format is correct. I have tried other dates and still the same message. Can't move past this stage but have reconciled other accounts after this one. Any thoughts? Thanks Cari

I'm having a hard time accessing some of my customers in app, as well as adding payment methods, terms and selecting some services for my invoices.
Quickbooks SE kept reporting that it was having trouble connecting to my bank account. I looked it up in the community help and it was suggested to delete the account and reload it. I did that but the bank account will still not connect properly (Royal Bank). Nothing has changed. I lost all my transactions for the last 4 months that were linked to the credit card I used. Probably over 300+ transactions. What do I do!? I tried contacting support through the website app but they weren't able to fix anything.
Says I can only have one person on my account, and won't allow me to add my accountant unless I do it on my phone, where I started the process of using this app. I can't find a way to add the new user
I'm cleaning up the COA due to too many redundant accounts - when I try to make an account inactive (after running the report and finding no data) I get a message stating that at least 1 product or service is using the account; which is making it so I can't inactivate that account. Then when I go to the product and services list and check all of the income accounts and expense accounts each product is attached to, I cannot find the account in question. Yes, I've used the filter to list ALL accounts. Anyone have a clue how to resolve this? Thanks in advance. PS - I chatted with a QB expert and they couldn't figure it out either.
Quickbooks please revert to the old manner where the first box the cursor finds is the Product or the Description. Rarely do I need the green Plus to add a line.

I occasionally have orders that are partially fulfilled from my warehouse and the rest from the main supplier's warehouse. When I create the invoice for these, it deducts the entire amount from my warehouse inventory, skewing my numbers. What is the easiest way to invoice for the full shipment while only tracking the parts coming from my site?
Currently only Admin users have the option to select different print formats. I require all staff to be able to choose different print formats for Invoices / Estimates
