Does QuickBooks Canada have something like Live Expert Services? 

How do I get the system to accept my postal code? It keeps saying it's invalid.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I connect to my scotiabank fine through the 2 step verification successfully, it displays my totals in each scotia account, however it does not load any transactions since January 1st 2024.

Hi - I am in the process of relocating all my business banking from Scotiabank as their online experience has been brutal.  I have it narrowed down to RBC or the Kawartha Credit Union. I am a psychologist and all of the fees are paid online and via EFT and all accounts paid electronically as well.  I have an Operating Corporation (professional practice corporation) and a Holding Corporation for tax purposes. My wife and I will be drawing salaries out of the OPCO monthly.  I am GST exempt. Any recommendations when it comes to interoperability with Quickbooks Online?  For example, ease of downloading transactions without having to go through 2FA EVERY TIME like in Scotiabank? Thanks!

I've set up an accrued AP account but the JE is requiring a vendor (no biggie) except - now I have that liability on both my balance sheet and in the Vendor AP - I've looked to change the settings from cash to accrual but have not been able to find the setting in these particular books

With the notice of our subscription price doubling starting in Feb 2025 I feel it is time to say goodbye to QB. I don't feel the value is here.  We have had glitches for years that QB has known about and not addressed.Does anyone else feel QB is only concerned with profits or pushing everyone to the online platform.Can anyone make recommendations to alternatives ?

We send out monthly statements to our customer representing many invoices. We are set up for receiving online payments.  Each invoice, when emailed individually, has a pay now button. How do we set up a pay now button for the statement and a customer can pay all invoices at once?

If I press submit will it give me the option to Print cheques? Can I ask the system to not send email stubs by email for this bonus payroll? I don't want our employees to know how much their bonus is until we give it to them in a Christmas card

I collect deposits from customers before starting work often. I like to invoice them for this because it clearly states how much they need to pay, where to remit payment, what it's for, plus having documentation on both ends provides a level of security. I can definitively invoice them, then create the final invoice with the amount subtracted, but what I don't like about this method is that it won't show the total amount of services provided on one single invoice. What would be an effective way around this? One thing to keep in mind is at times the final invoice total can be more or less than the estimate due to change orders.

Hi, We process wages for our Canada office every fortnight. The upcoming payroll is scheduled to be processed on Dec 23, 2024 for the fortnight Dec 9-22, 2024. We were told years ago that it takes 2 business days for the employee to received their wages. 2 days from 23rd is Christmas. Can i confirm if they would still received they wages on time? Regards,

When you go to connect the account and it asks you to choose the QBO account to connect it to, it only shows bank accounts, no credit card accounts appear as an option
