In April my deposits hit my bank within a few days, nothing has changed with my bank. How do I get my $&
All the money received is from the property owners or tenants paying rent. After paying vendors for repairs, etc., I take a commission but the owners' money is a liability for me; it's not my income. How do I show that in QB?
We use estimates and progress invoicing in Quickbooks Online. Sometimes we neglect to invoice the final amount for a job we completed. Is there a way to report what estimates have not been invoiced 100%? The Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer report is not helpful because it shows every estimate by every customer regardless of whether they were invoiced 100%. This report is thousands of lines long and difficult to find the exceptions. I do not see any way to exclude invoices that have been invoiced 100%. I tried exporting the report to Excel but do not see a way to filter the report to exclude those 100% invoices.
I would like to be able to charge sales tax to my customers that are taxable. this last update took away that feature. making me have to go back and bill the customer from the computer. useless update.
Not when they pay check or ACH, only when they select CC
I was disappointed to learn that a product update in late March removed custom users' access to custom reports. In the documentation, it reads under Area: Reports that "Custom roles let users manage access only to standard reports and not custom reports created by other users." Sure, it is great that more Role customization is available and it's not clear why it comes with the cost of loosing access. Why are these two features (custom roles and custom reports) tied together?Shouldn't the report have some access-level control based on the data field(s) it contains? In a similar note, I was surprised to have showed the Priority Circle Support Team Member who was helping me where to find the QBO product release notes. However, it seems those notes are not complete because I can't find where, in March, it mentions changes made to custom users & custom roles.Does anyone know where I can find the full QBO release notes?
Our classes are our “funds” - building, operating, miscellaneous. They have ongoing balances, but those were entered as opening balances in corresponding equity accts. There is no automatic updating to the equity accts from the class activity - it’s always been done manually at year end. How do I get a real time update of the balance of each of our funds?
I have tried different settings under Account & Settings>Sales>Online Delivery, with no change.
