Some of my mileage is a cost the customer bears, I used to be able to do this with Desktop.
Our nonprofit makes loans which we track on QBO. Because we are a nonprofit, QBO uses the term "pledge" to refer to loans, of which we have several loans. The Sales / Pledges report lists only 4 of those loans. I would expect this report to list either all or none of our loans, not only 4. From what I can tell, these loans are coded the same as the others, so I'm not sure why QBO treats them differently on this report. Thanks in advance for any insights.
My company opened up a bank account in October 2023 and went live with Quickbooks in 2024. Something seemed to have gone wrong when recording my 2023 transactions in Quickbooks. The reason I say this is because my balance sheet as of today has retained earnings and an equity open balance. My cash as of 03/31/24 on the balance sheet does not tie back to my bank statement. We are off by the equity open balance. Can someone explain to me why this occurred and how do I go about fixing my books?
It currently defaults to accept credit card, PayPal, etc on all created invoices. I would like it to default to NOT accept them and turn them on a case by case basis. Is that possible?
We use custom labels to store information such as serial numbers and service contract numbers in these custom field sections.
I can only create estimates from my app through my phone if I create a new customer. I do not have any access whatsoever to existing customers.

I'm trying to run the "Client Ready Payroll Reports" and it tells me that Excel is unable to connect to Quickbooks. "Be sure Quickbooks is running and a company file is open." I've tried updating, restarting, and it still won't work. Can anyone help?

Hi,I work in the healthcare industry and we have trust accounts for clients. The money does not belong to the company, but we'd like to begin tracking it in QB. Is there a way to add these bank accounts/transactions without having them show on our financial statements?Thank you!

Hello all, I can't believe I cannot figure out how to do this, but I'm at a loss. I need a very simple report that will show essentially two things: 1) each employees name, and 2) their current hourly wage. Any ideas how to accomplish this? Thank you!
Is there a way to customize information on the footer of the P&L Statement? For example, I would like my footer to read "See Accountant's Compilation Report", how do I do that in QB Online?
We have an employee that was once a contractor. They have been made an employee for sometime now. I have tried to remove them as a contractor however, when doing so it removes them from the workforce as employee and does not show up on "Approve Time" as an employee. Any ideas on how to navigate and fix the issue?
I can see her employee profile on my end and see that she has accepted. I'm not sure how to help her?
