I had deleted the charter of accounts and uploaded a new one yesterday. Now my PL report is showing several double or incorrect enteries. How do I amend this
How do I enter the lease deposit in quickbooks.It is the money that is blocked for a few years till I get it back and when I do, I am sure it wont be the same.
All the other fields seems to work fine, making their way into the notification email body and/or the invoice itself. Thank you for any help in clarifying this.
Another "upgrade"? As of 10ish days ago, we can no longer search for customers in the app by address. It was FINE until about 1- days ago. I asked about it on a QB/FaceBook thread (they seem to respond when they're trying to sell something). The final answer was they would send my issue to their techs and try to do a new build out (I'm paraphrasing). I don't want anything new. I just want what we had for YEARS until about 10 days ago. Is anyone else dealing with this? If so, have you figured out a workaround? Thanks in advance.
QBO withdrew fund from our account a month ago, yet our contractor has not received the check yet. Last Monday, Help Desk to me to wait a few days and promised they would call me on Wednesday. But no calls and contractor is still waiting for the check.
I pay for an item with my credit card and mark it as a billable expense to my customer. When we create the invoice, the reimbursable items are hidden and grouped into one line item amount. I want the customer to see each item they are reimbursing us for.
Anyone familiar with Waste Hauler invoices?We invoice our customers for the current month services and we also add another line item for overage income and contamination income that should be recognized in the month it was occured (usually previous month)For example: I want the 1st line item "Service Income" to show in March (this is already working because the invoice date is March)and 2nd line item Overage income to show in February. (My issue)Splitting line items and Creating two invoices for two different months wont work for us as we are sending this to clients and we dont want to confuse them with 2 invoices that are dated current and previous month. I have successfully created an API for creating estimates in QuickBooks Online. While it's functioning well, I'm encountering an issue where I'm unable to update more than three custom field values when creating a record. Currently, it only populates values in the first three custom fields. Is there a method to update more than three custom fields using the create estimate API?

Can someone please explain to me why "customer type" is something you can assign to a customer, but then there is nothing you can do with that input? I can't search by type, sort by type, run reports by type? What exactly is the purpose of having a customer type when I can't use that info for anything?

I just need to know the official QBO answer on how to fixed the over payment issue for the QBO program. $50,000 was moved to a bank account. At the time, $43,305.62 in invoices and bills were paid. This left an unapplied credit of $6,694.38 showing on the invoice side. The next two invoices and bills were paid $6,694.38 less, because of the overpayment. What do I need to do in QBO to 1) apply the unapplied payment to the invoice? 2) apply the $6,694.38 to the outstanding amount left to pay on the bill? so that everything is properly applied and cleared in QBO. The actual second reduced payment was "matched" in both bank accounts to the amount actually paid which was $6,694.38 less. This was a transaction between two company accounts.I am the "A
Helps! I am needing to run a report at the end of the month for all the cash receipts from our customers that are only for invoices we created with "Deposit" in the invoice memo field. I called support and they could not find a report. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
