Can’t add item to invoice. Invoice is flickering. Won’t allow me to save
I can't charge for any products or services without having to put sales tax however when I try the whole system reboots and shuts down
I uploaded Customer Balances as of 31/12/2022, and those credited <Sales> account and debited Account Receivable(accnt A). I have two questions below: 1. I want to split <Sales> into <Sales-domestic> and <Sales-Foreign>2. I want Account Receivable accnt B debited, not accnt A. (We have 3 account receivable accnts.) How can I do this?
1. I want to have monthly BS's and PL's of 2023. 2. From 01.01.2024, I want to post real transactions with open invoices, bills and on hand inventory of each proudcts.Scenarios : For Goal 1.I will post the initial BS on 12/31/2022 in Journal Entry with Cash, A/R, A/P, and Inventory without each Customer and Supplier Balance. Maybe i will use "Sample Customer and "Sample Supplier" as dummy. After that I will enter journal of the PL of Jan.2023 (with monthly sum) and enter journal of BS of Jan. 2023 (with the increase or decrease from the previous month). If the BS of Jan. 2023 is correct, I will repeat it until December 2023.For Goal 2I will upload Customer Balance and Supplier Balance with open invoices and bills of 12/31/2023, which will make double the A/R and A/P. We have 15 aged accounts receivable that were migrated from Desktop to QBO. These receivables are anywhere from 9 months to 7 years old. Since conversion to QBO, late fees are not being calculated. Could I trick the system to write off the amount that I want to incur finance charges and create a new invoice?
I just switched over to online from desktop. when i am in projects, pick a customer, run the estimate vs actual report. is there a way to click on the cost in the actual column of a line to expand what the costs are for that line? In desktop you could click on the cost number, and it took you to a report of what charges that number was made up of.
in the new trasaction function, there was the choice to pick delayed charges I don't see it anymore
I am trying to create a Financial report with the 12 months across the columns for 1 year. The Help isn't helping.
I do realize that at this time there is no way of doing it automatically without a 3rd party integration, but how can I add percentages to a total invoice for possible service overhead or other type of fees I would like to include using the total of the invoice.
Does anyone know how to add a Filter to a report that isn't there when you go to Customize it? I use QBO. Thanks!
