Hello, We at Teesnap are creating an integration from our tool to QuickBooks online for our customers. The question is what will happen if a line item has an undefined value (no assigned GL Code)? Will all items be imported to QuickBooks and a miscellaneous GL Code be created by QuickBooks? Or will all items be failed to import due to the undefined value? I'm new to QB so bear with me. I purchase items of same model # (which is how we put into QB) but often am able to buy at a discount cost. How do I track this kind of thing on an individual sale
Or, said another way, making the Class field "blank" for many transactions at once.

I've been using quickbooks on line for 2 months. No problems until now. I had to delete a check and now no checks show up in the check register.
Trying to pay multiple bills for the same vendor on one check/ach transaction in bill pay
It basically needs to be 0 without causing a problem.
I've tried many times to use this feature, but when the resolving transaction I enter in the amount of the payment processing fees makes the total for the payment match the total on the invoice, I still keep getting an error msg that says, "The selected and downloaded transaction amounts don't match. To continue, resolve the difference." Is there something I need to do first before adding a resolving transaction?
Hello Team, I was trying the new feature of managing budgets in QBO spreadsheet sync. However, after selecting "Edit existing budget", it shows there are no existing budget in the drop-down list. I believe there are existing budgets in our QBO. Also, I have attached the screenshot. Could you please help? Thank you so much.
So I just logged in to categorize my recent transactions and it looks like they've done a complete overhaul of the UI?? It's not only a completely new version, but it deleted my saved bank info and alllllllllllll of the saved/ categorized transactions of the year? So now I have to go back through the whole year and RECATEGORIZE EVERYTHING??? Why would they do this right before taxes are due?? Did this happen to anyone else and is there a way to fix it?
On the dashboard, in the P&L module, my expenses show one number and then in the Taxable Profit module, it shows another number for 'Deductions'. I'm not aware of any expenses of mine that wouldn't be deductible, so I'm wondering what accounts for the discrepancy here? Thanks in advance.
I would like to see if I can restrict access for an employee to a certain class. I see it wasn't possible when this question was asked last year. Does anyone know if this is still the case? Would be very useful to have this feature.
My customer payment receipt has been reduced to only containing a number sequence, date, and invoice amount. It no longer contains the invoice # or a total amount paid totaling up the invoice payments. And it doesn't show anywhere on the receipt if a credit memo was applied to the payment.

Where do I enter the budget for 2024? I went into setup/budgeting and all it has is payment history and view payment history. No where to enter to track P&L to Budget.
