How do I invoice a customer when I have to provide them with a 10% holdback fee? I put the full amount on the invoice, then I subtract a "Holdback" I set up in the Item List which subtracts the 10% from the subtotal. So now the bottom line on the invoice is not 100% of what they owe us. They paid the bottom line so the invoice is paid off. Now they've paid the holdback fee. How do I record that? I don't have an invoice with that amount on it. According to QB, the invoice is paid in full.

I added it on the app, pickled tho photo of my logo from my library, it shows its there when i go to edit invoices but when i send them or preview them there is no logo
I'd like to see all my transactions in one place to best organize.
The invoice contains two items. I have tried to edit it, but one of the two items does not appear on the invoice. The total is there, but not the second charge.
I can only find invoices, but not estimates.
Could it have been deleted? Can I retrieve deleted Invoices and if so how?
When sending a single invoice, there is a checkbox for "Send me a copy". This option doesn't seem to be available when sending a batch of invoices--is there a trick?
Have customer with muliple locations .How do I add a New one
I was presented with this pop-up when trying to compose a new invoice in QBO today: The full text of the pop-up Will somebody kindly explain how this change gets my invoices paid faster? I'm not at all impressed that QBO is unilaterally making changes to my account preferences.
I'm using QBO Plus. I have some client expenses that I've marked as Billable. If I go to the Projects page and click on the particular project, I see the expense there. If I click on the expense, I see the journal entry that posts the expense to that client. However, if I create an invoice for that client/project, my time will appear on the invoice, but the expense will not. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
