I choose my client through the drop down in Accountant View -->go to Manage Users --> I am listed as the Accountant and it seems I can add him as an Accountant, but I want to add him as a User --> I am also listed as a User, and when I try to add him under this tab I get an error message.

Hello, I use QBO Advanced the Canadian version. However, my account is suspended. I want to downgrade my subscription from Advanced to Essentials. Can I downgrade my subscription to Essentials without the need to pay the Advanced subscription fee first, then downgrading to Essentials?In other words, can I reactivate my account immediately to Essentials and skip reactivating my account to the Advanced version then downgrading to Essentials? Thanks!

Hello,I was just reconciling our Customer Deposit account and I noticed a couple of entries where the customer paid for their items at 100% but the invoice to the client was booked as a deposit instead of applying it directly to the inventory item. I was just wondering if there was some way to fix these entries. A journal entry won't work because it does not link to the inventory item. If anyone is able to help me with this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Last week I had a client pay by credit card, first time anyone ever did. So it’s been 5 full business days (not including weekend) so technically 7 days and I haven’t seen anything in my bank. Is this normal?
