Hello, I previously completed a QB certification in a previous job. I believe it was QBO (not the advanced certification). However, once I moved on from that job, I lost access to that account. Now I've started a new job which recommends I get QB certified. While I could benefit from taking the certification exams again, I wanted to know if there is a way I could at least merge what I have previously completed (my certification) to my new account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I'm trying to get our new address updated on our account but Quickbooks keeps telling me that I need to "specify a valid EIN." There's not even a spot on the page to do so. How do I get our address changed?
When I invite a second user to QBO, they are not receiving an email to accept the invitation. We are on Quickbooks Plus and only have one existing user & one accountant. I How do I correct this?

Our employee has a time tracking only role, and he suddenly started getting this error when he tries to access the mobile app: "Unsupported RoleYour user role will be supported in a future update. Meanwhile visit QuickBooks online for web access." He was able to use it previously without issue, and nothing has changed with our QuickBooks account. Thanks
Hello everyone. I am a business owner and run by operations in HongKong, china and India. My banking is in HongKong and operations in China. We also have a small sales office in India. I would like to purchase a QuickBooks desktop premier version to handle all my transactions and business.
I have a bank account that has a zero balance. I don't want to delete it, but would like de-activate it, so it's not in my way when I pull down the account list. Can this be done?
