In our QBO Accountant, the "Standard no access with account management" level of access for ALL of our users is greyed out. Do you know how to use this access level? A user that I gave this level of access a while ago still has this, but I cannot replicate this for other users, even though I see this option in the dropdown.Thank you in advance.

I have a multi user license for QB 2023 contractor edition. Recently we enlisted the services of a bookkeeper to assist with year ends etc. After getting the company file returned to my office, I restored from her backup copy and began using the file as normal. My wife does our invoicing and we discovered after several hundred inputs that the company file she was using was the original company file before the bookkeeper made her adjustments. As a result, inputs I have made are not on her desktop and inputs (several hundred) that she has made are not on my desktop. I'm appalled that QB allows two license holders to use two different company files but more importantly is there a way to merge the data from one (older) company file to the updated file without overwriting existing data?Thank you for any help!Robin

I am experiencing an issue with the "Remember Me" feature on my PC. Despite selecting this option, I am required to log in every time and it consistently asks for a call OTP, even though I have not set up any two-factor authentication.

Hi, I am trying to get QuickBooks Online Certified to get a job as an accountant, but I do not currently work at a firm. Is there a way I can take the certification test without having a Quickbooks Accountant account?

I can't see the sign in for another business and when I search it says it isn't found but it comes up on my phone app?

QB should change the bank connection to an option when the user chooses to download the transactions.  Then I can accept the notification that someone is trying to sign into my bank account and I won't be forced to change my password by my bank.

What versions of Quickbooks allows you to insert international suppliers and currencies?

my client should receive an email at the time I subscribe my client to the accountant billed subscription but he never received the email to confirm its his account and to also sign into his Amazon account as I am unable to do so as the accountant the owner of the amazon account is required to sign in

My other phone is still signed on. I'm afraid to delete until I know everything is functioning

Broken for everyone or just me?

When I google the question, it comes up with an accounting blog saying Asset Management IS included in the QB Accountant version, but I cant find it, based on the instructions provided.  Is this only available in other countries?
