Every year your prices increase. We are not talking about 20 or 30 dollars, we are talking about over 100.00.Extremely frustrating. Is there a cap or are you going to keep increasing it yearly; telling us it is for own good because you are making it better for us. Seriously!
I've been stuck on this one for a week. Using QBO, we created an invoice for a customer for $3000. The customer was supposed to pay $1500 using merchant services, but accidentally paid the full $3000. We then wrote her a check for $1500, and collected a $1500 check from her at the end of the project. I tried created a Refund Receipt for $1500, but it still shows a zero balance for her. I need to figure out a way balance this out so that I can match her final payment check to the invoice.

I have turned off pop-ups in preferences. And still every time I log in I am asked to try Quickbooks Online. I have many QB Desktop clients, and EVERY TIME I log in to a different account I am asked to try Quickbooks Online. There is NO option to decline. The options are TRY NOW or TRY LATER. I am so bleeping sick of this. What the heck. The very least Intuit could do is to give an option to turn this off. Are you on a campaign to annoy your clients? Do you think you can pester us into submission? This is so freakin ridiculous. Please turn this off or give us the option. I have had to deal with this at least 10 times TODAY ALONE! And God forbid you click the wrong thing. Then you have to shut Quickbooks down to get rid of it. PLEASE INTUIT! Save the sanity of your clients and give us a way out!
I have a corporate credit card with 4 credit card holders. I set up sub accounts for each card holder. How do I remove the card holder sub accounts without losing the transactions in each sub account? Will the transactions automatically move up to the master account?Thanks!
My admin changed my credentials to send an invite for online advanced. The invitation is broken, admin removed me and added me to re send another invite. This was a technical support directive. Now, after 50 hours on the phone, 7 weeks of “inconvenience “ and being lied to on several occasions I was told that I can never use my work email for quick books. They called this an acceptable solution and closed the ticket. Will not expedite up the chain of command to initiate a solution that is viable for a business customer. What can I do?
I am a Quickbooks customer and I need to add someone to the account such that they can photo snap receipts into the account, as well. I did click on the gear icon in my page and found the link to add a user on the upper left of the page but on the right side of the page I only saw the option to "Upgrade". I was told, just now, by a person from Sales that with my account I should not have to "upgrade" in order to add a second user. I did attempt to get to 'tech support" but due to the virus outbreak, tech support appears to be off line. Thank YouTom

Hi everyone - I need a little explanation on why I would use the Accounts Receivable: Accounts Receivable Sold...I though it was a loan...After reading the agreement, its not... My COO signed this agreement as a Sale of A/R. How do I JE this under the AR Sold Account?When I run the A/R Aging, it shows as a negative $150,000.I just took over this new position and the previous controller entered like this... see picture: $ 120,000. Purchase Price (What we got for it before fees)$ 150,000. Amount Sold (A/R Sold)$ 2,900. Processing Fees$117,100. Funded Amount Thank you in advance!! Seems like it's taken me forever to hone and tweak many of the memorized reports I customized to my liking. I recently opened a new company and want to use some of the memorized reports I created from another company. Is there a way to save and import these between company files? Thank you.
