When I go to use the BANK DEPOSIT tab there isn’t the green "+", tab to make an entry. Before the latest update there was a green tab with the "+", but today; not even the green tab is available. Please have you programmers fix the issue.

A customer paid the three invoices using the QB deposit option, which marked the invoice status from past due to pay. I see the chargeback, but the invoices are still in paid status, which is incorrect and confusing. Please help me how to handle the situation so that I can change the invoice status from paid to draft and handle the chargeback so that we can report the income correctly.
Year after year I hear intuit say how important customers, acountants, pro-advisors and elite proadvisors are to then (I am the latter) yet, everytime I have to reach out with an issue that is new, i am left frustrated. Today for example, I spent 2 hours trying to understand why I was being billed for something called PAP Enterprise. I followed the help link in the invoice which took me nowhere helpful. I tried to use the community search and got nowhere. Could not find a support number for Intuit billing, so I finally started a chat with sales (I knew they would respond quickly), got a link to intuit chat and was led on a 40 minute chat saga which resulted in ...nothing. I was stuck with a support group in India that, after 40 minutes, had not even given me a specific answer yet.FInally reached out to QBO Proadvisor support who directed me to the correct person and I found out the "PAP Enterprise..." Is actually how they describe the Proadvisor subs

I have a list of bills that say they are overdue or not paid; however, I have categorized them with receipts and have submitted them through the expense function in QBO. Should I delete the overdue bills in the bill list or should I mark them as paid? If I mark them as paid, will they show as they have been paid twice? Thank you,
How can I get an additional debit card for my employees to get gasoline or supplies? I cannot be everywhere to make those expenses or buy every single need to do my job, I send my employees to get gasoline, materials, supplies, etc and I have to go with them to pay because QuickBooks just issue one single card for the account. what should I do? QuickBooks should offer employees cards as well because it supposes to be a business account! a big downgrade for QuickBooks right here.
Accounts and Settings page locks up when accessing it. It is doing this on every browser and every network I try. Just need to know where the issue is.

I've been in business about 10 months and need to delete my data and start over. Can I cancel my current Quickbooks Online Account without cancelling QB Checking, since I'm going to just set up a new online account right away?
