First, is there any way to just open our Quickbooks Desktop Pro without constantly getting the popup message to setup an Intuit account? We are a business with only one user, no accountant or other user needs to be setup or authorized. We have setup the Intuit account (repeatedly) and our Quickbooks opening screen continues to flip back to Intuit account setup required. I went in through Intuit and our account is properly linked to our Quickbooks Desktop Pro account and payroll annual basic. We don't use any other features. Do we now have to open our Intuit account and select our Quickbooks to avoid this constant setup request?
The sales overview graph shows $270 in sales for January, yet the detailed transactions added up to $750 in sales.
My company just got a new subscription to QuickBooks and I started to migration of our old account to the new one. I initialized the copying 48 hours ago and I still haven't received an email confirming the transfer. My new account is still empty. Does it normally take this long? Should I copy the data again? Thanks!

New user with QBO. I have set up QBO with a default chart of accounts (COA). I cannot seem to ADD a new account to this list. On the COA page it says I am using 2 of 250 accounts in my plan. When I click on the green NEW button, all I get is IMPORT. I do not see the new Account entry screen. The only thing I have done is connect to a bank account and upload to QBO the bank register, which seems to have work out OK. I have used 2 browsers (Chrome v96 and MS Edge v96), cleared out each browser cache, rebooted the PC. Any ideas? Thanks. Mark

Where is Sales on the left menu?Every help pages ask me to click on Sale on the left menu, like below, however I don't see any Sales on my browser. I am using QBO trial version. Thanks for any inputs. "From the left menu, select Sales then choose Customers."
I have access to the company’s accounts, but when I click on “start training” it just makes me log in which takes me directly to the company’s home page.
What gets carried over to your new file. I want same vendors, same customers with their contact information, chart of accounts and lists. What I do not want is previously created invoices with all the mistakes I have made trying to learn QuickBooks. Or the many templates I have created and did not like. There is a button for turning off sales tax. The "Specialist" I talked to told me it can't be turned off once it is on, but why would they put a random button that doesn't work in the software? The liability report shows $0 for sales tax. I've only collected on about 8 invoices, and didn't collect sales tax on any of them... What is going on!?
