Why am I being charged a transfer fee on my cash account money

I set up the custom e-mail so I could forward emails/receipts directly into Quickbooks. I am on the Starter plan. I have my user set up under my company e-mail address. I was able to initially forward e-mails in that account without any issues. I then tried to forward e-mails from my personal account (as I have receipts that send to that gmail account) and it began rejecting them, asking me to add another user. (Obviously, I don't want to do that - as both emails are just me.) I then forwarded the emails to my business account and when I tried to send from my personal account, Quickbooks is still rejecting it. Am I doing something wrong?

This problem starting occurring about a month ago, and I have not seen any resolution to it. My client is using QBDT Pro 2019 -I was entering information a got an integrity error on an Employee, who has not worked for him in over 10 years.It stated that his SS# was invalid (or something like that). I clicked ok, and continued to work, and received a couple of other errors that were similar in nature. I backed up the data file and then I verified the data and received several errors. I rebuilt the data, and it gave me a report of what errors it fixed and what errors it did not fix. I then quit the software and restarted QBDT and verified the data again, and it reported no errors. This seems to be an ongoing problem. Occasionally when I started the software and start working I will receive some kind of integrity error but if I quit and reload the file, it seems to be ok. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you EJ
Hi guys.I think there's some difference to display balance at Chart of Accounts First, I create empty company data and record 1 contact and 1 payment transaction with Deposit to QuickBooks Online and Desktop========= Data ====================Contact: Jaehoon Lee - Contact123 (26124)Invoice: $100Payment: $100Deposit: $100 and -$20 processing fee So Bank has $80 and Expense account has $20================================Can anyone explain there's differences to display balance between QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
