I'm new to QB Online and accepting payments online as well. I'm trying to create an invoice where I can add a column on the table content section with the title "COLOR."This is for a retail clothing store, so I would like to add the column/label COLOR. So when creating an invoice for the customer, I have the invoice showing: Description, color, size, cost ea, amount. How can I add this column to the invoice? I have looked at the - YOUR COMPANY then CUSTOM FORM STYLES then AND then invoice edit under CONTENT. I have also looked at the customer invoice and edited through there, but could not do much. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
I see a number of third-party apps in the app store but, I'd prefer a native integration if available. Does this option exist? If not, which of the 3rd-party apps do you recommend?
How do I import transactions from Stripe into QuickBooks Online? I want more explanation about my question . Thanks.
In quickbooks online, in an invoice, there seems to be no connection to an account per line like there was in Desktop. (I have copied from a prior invoice), There is no connection in a NEW template either. How do I connect "widget A" to an account for "Widget A" so I can get a report at year end?I am very new to quickbooks online. The helpdesk phone number connected to someone for 2 hrs and he had no clue. Pretty basic stuff here! Thanks!
updating invoice, this message popped up
I am managing 3 sub companies under on account by using the classes. I need to generate individual trial balances for each sub company. I am a proficient Sage Intact user and that software has a robust report writer that allows me to create just about any report. I am performing financial reviews on the side for a couple of clients and they both use QBO. Is there a way to get a report writer in QBO that allow from more customization, or can a custom report be generated by Intuit?
Will anything happen to any of my account information if I cancel and then resign up to get the 3 month promotional price?
I only have read only access
My app was working just fine. I have all my setting correct and it just suddenly stopped tracking my milage. I still get the alert that auto-tracking is in, but nothing actually tracks.
Looks like there is no option to remove or update a review for an App Review. Is there any support team that can take the request to remove a review we left on an App?
I have instigated a transfer to an external account twice now. I’ve verified the debit card it’s processing to is correct but the transfer isn’t happening.
I have tried disconnecting the account, updating all browsers, removing cookies/cache, and contacted my bank weekly. There has been no resolution to this issue. I'd love to hear advice and help.
lnstructions on how to inactivate a payment method from my account

it's intrusive and I don't use it.
I want to start the app and have it bring up several companies in the tabs.
Hello,My client just sold her business. She will no longer need her subscription for QB Desktop Pro 2024. The last payroll will be May 31st. How does she go about cancelling her subscription and if she cancels in June, will she be able to always look back at her QB file to create end of year tax reports for the CPA for 2025? Thank you! Hi Everyone, I am setting up our Chart of Account for Payroll which is actioned by a third party. I have a question in relation to Liabilities.I have setup the four Liability accounts as the QBO instructions state. However I made them subaccounts to the Payroll Liabilities Account so that I could use the bank feed to confirm the amount taken out of the bank by our payroll company. As you can only add the bank feeds to one account its zeroing the Parent account (Payroll Liabilities) but leaving the subaccounts as just showing the increase and no decrease amount. Do I have to forgo the Bank transaction feed and just create a journal which seems rather convoluted or do I just let the subaccount keep incrementing all the time and ignore them as the parent Payroll liability account will be correct? Thanks for any insight you have.B.
Has anyone else encountered this? We recently opened a business savings account with Live Oak Bank. I cannot get QBO to let me log in to connect my account. There are two live oak bank options and I've tried both. I even found an old thread that said the username has to be all lowercase (it is) and the password less than 11 characters (it is). The login field on QBO is asking for a PIN, but I have no PIN set up with live oak, and can't find a spot to create a pin, just a password. I keep getting the "That didn't work. Try signing in again. (103)" error. Really frustrating that I can't link my account to QBO. Is there something I'm missing here? Anyone else had this problem?
