I appreciate that Intuit is working to boost security, but passkeys won't work for me. How can I stop getting promoted to create one, Every. Time. I. Log. In.???? The login process is already tedious enough, particularly if I use a new browser instance, and I need to click Skip multiple times a day. I tried to get help via chat, but I'm afraid that was a waste of 45 minutes. Thanks,Don
I am unable to open or use the desktop app. This is a new issue and is very concerning.
I've added all possible permissions without granting standard access and it will not work. I do not want access for financial reports outside of sales (no P&L, etc) so I don't want to grant standard access. Is it a bug?
Why am I being prompted to get and use a one-time passcode to login? Just started happening yesterday, now for every single time I login. How do I stop this?
QB Community:I need help and hopefully someone knows the answer as I have put in tickets, made many calls and still I don't get support or answers from QB. I would love to talk to an engineer for 2 minutes and he or she may be able to fix my issue. I've been using QB for 25+ years and after the updates things went bad for us. I will try to explain this so it's not confusing. The main issue is when I do an invoice for labor and I use the time punches and notes from QB time that gets sync over to QB each week. So I open a customer in projects, click top right "add to project", click invoice, then "Gear" (manage), click "suggestions", click "suggested transactions" then "filter" click "drop down" under transaction type, click "time Charges". From there I have all my employee's that worked on this certain project and there may be 4-5 employee's that clocked in during the previous weeks, all you do is hit add on the day they clocked in and it sends it ove
How do I change the Primary Administrator for my QBs Self-employed account?
When I send out invoices by email, a large number of them also get sent to me. It started with one of the QBO updates when they switch from the choice of Print or Email delivery to the Print toggle and Email toggle. My email is not in the TO:, CC:, or BCC: field. Has anyone else experienced this or solve it?
I made a deposit in the amount of $44,074.90. As a partial (final) payment on an invoice from 2024. In 2024 I paid all sales tax for the invoice. When I made this deposit it shows up in the taxable sales column at $39,995.37First question - why is the amount different?Second - How do I get the full amount over into my wholesale column?

I am setting up classes and when I went in to add the classes, there is a list of vendor names in there. Short of making these inactive, is there away to delete them? I tried to delete and it wont let me. No idea how they got there or why they would be in "class"
I have a total of (3) Quickbooks subscriptions in my Intuit account. However, only one of them is active. The other two subscriptions were canceled February of 2023, and October of 2022 - so longer than a year. I want to delete these two companies from my Intuit account. Yesterday I spoke with an Intuit customer support agent, and she walked me through the process of submitting a Data Deletion request. I submitted the request, and it told me that I would be emailed if further action was necessary on my part, to complete the deletion. I did receive an email and I followed the instructions. Basically all that happened was that I resubmitted the deletion request. Then I would receive another email with further instructions, and so forth. It seems like a never-ending loop, and I've gone through it about 4 times now, so I'm posting here for a solution. I am including multiple screenshots, showing the entire process I keep going thr

Hi! We are moving from another ecommerce platform to Shopify and form QB Desktop to QB Online. I am attempting to set-up the Integrations between Shopify and QB Online and I am running into some issues: 1. Shopify Connector by QuickBooks did not appear in the app store 2. Shopify Connector by QuickBooks is not showing any reviews and is not downloading an app when I click the Get App button, rather it is redirecting to my Sales Channel We are trying to Synch Product and Inventory data with QB and believe that this is the right way to do this based on the following help articles: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/shopify/ Did I pick the wrong day to do this?? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, two calls to support have yielded no help!
I am using "Shopify Connector" App to bring my sales info into Quickbooks Online from my Shopify store. I had this set up with no problems initially, but have since reset my Quickbooks data by performing a "purge company" reset (long story). I have been trying to re-connect my Shopify store and download the transactions but it is not working. It says "Bringing in data...", but it never actually brings anything over and ends up logging me out of Quickbooks due to inactivity after letting it try to transfer for hours (even overnight). I have uninstalled the Shopify Connector App from both my Shopify and Quickbooks stores and re-installed. Disconnected the app on both ends and re-connected. What else should I try? I just want to go back to how it worked the first time before the purge!

Why would class tracking disappear?
I want to start over in Quickbooks, but my QBO account has been active for more than 90 days. I can't simply replace "homepage" with "purgecompany" in the url, and Quickbooks is telling me I must cancel my subscription and then start a new subscription. My QuickBooks account was paid for and I have access to it for the next year. Will starting a new subscription to start over in QuickBooks mean I will need to pay for a new subscription?
I need to change the email address of my accountant
I have an older version of Quickbooks that is not a subscription and we have always created sub-accounts under the main bank account and now it won't let us do so. The sub-account section is grayed out and cannot be accessed. It let us add as a regular account under banking, but then the activity doesn't show up in the reconciliation, but shows up in the transaction detail.
