two days ago I activated my Galaxy S23 Ultra.now my Quickbooks apps freezes on a welcome page. Yesterday I was on the phone with Quickbooks four separate times for a total of three hours. Finally the last girl said there's an upgrade problem and we don't know when it's going to be fixed.. a solution was use the Internet website on my phone. I suspect this is not true. As the first three associates did not say anything about an upgrade.is anyone else having a problem with their Galaxy S23 Ultra and the mobile app?
My client added me as an accountant, I started doing work for this business, but it was on my practice page and not the client's page by accident. How can I merge these two so I don't have to redo all the work on the client's page?
Hi. I find the QBO login security / session timeout setup to be a bit on the aggressive side. I have already extended the "Sign me out if inactive for" setting to 3 hours, but I still find myself going through this process multiple times per day from the same static business IP address and browser when using QBO: Load login screenClick continue after confirming username is correctCheck "I'm not a robot"Find all the bikes or traffic lights or crosswalks, sometimes multiple rounds (5-10 clicks each)Enter passwordEnter 2FA codeWait for various spinners and redirects and company info to load, sometimes another 10+ seconds of assets loading and Javascript calls and screen redraws. Why does it take 3-5 business days to get Intuit to change my e-mail address? I am trying to set up direct deposit for my employees and cannot activate it because Intuit has a very old e-mail address of mine that I do not have access to anymore. You would think this should be an easy one. I have sent the form they need two times, called several times to get it expedited and nothing.

Ire ceived an email this morning from yet another QB salesman. I told him not interested. I don't like QB online enough to ever want to purchase anything new. He shows that we are still paying for DT and Online. What!!!??? Why would we still have desktop when y'all made us go to Online because you said you were doing away with Desktop. So I immediately call and ask wth is going on. I speak to one girl of course she can only answer part of the question because she only handles online, transfer to another girl for desktop and she proceeds to tell yes we are still getting billed for desktop and if we stop it we will not be able to refer back to it they will lock us out. WTH? Then she says she can transfer me to another department and they can fix it where I can refer back to desktop. Are they serious? First your program online does not have a tenth of the information that desktop has and not everything migrates, I am still finding error

I have acquired a bad taste for intuit over a variety of Intuit products. credit karma, turbo tax, Quickbooks and more across a range of logins. SO, I WANT OUT! I don't want to told how to reset, I WANT OUT! I want to completely leave Intuit and have my information purged. Purging account information, because I don't want to discover my stale account information had become part of a future data breach. Unsubscribe, inactive or deleted accounts don't carry the same assurances as having account purged. Inuit Community support is not helpful. For instance a person asks "how to delete MY information", Intuit support provides links for businesses. I am not a business and that "help" is a dead-end. Is this possible? or is Inuit another Hotel California, "You can check anytime you like, but you can never leave"
Hello,I'm trying to run a report to send to our transfer agent to issue shares to investors.We are currently entering them as customers and attaching a job. Then from that we created an issuance report which we send to the transfer agent. The problem is we still have to add columns and data manually which is time consuming. If that information could be enter at the front end when we enter a new customer that would be so helpful. Is it possible to customize the new customer form or even the new job form?
I have 2 companies running, how can I add another company on my current account , so I don't have to create a new Quickbook account.
