I received two calls this past Friday from a "name unavailable" phone number with a 908 area code (New Jersey). The second call was because I didn't give them the response they wanted after the first call. The person identified themselves as our Intuit Accounts Manager, "Jonathan [removed]" (yes, like from literature), but his accent did not match what I would expect for that name. He was advising that our credit card on file had been declined/was expired and he was saying that our payment was 21 days past due and needed to be resolved ASAP. I asked him for some type of proof and he gave me [removed] as a callback number, which I cannot match to Intuit by reverse lookup. He was able to immediately send me via e-mail what looked like a screenshot of our account license information, which did look legit and came from "[email address removed]", but was marked as a "no reply" message. I have re-read existing topics on the issue of converting files QBX from different versions of desktop applications. I would like to clarify whether I understand the information provided correctly.My accountants use QB 2016 Accountant desktop version. They generate files in QBX format and send them to me. They also insist that I should install QB 2016 Accountant desktop version too. However, as I understand it, such a desktop version is no longer supported by the company, and the issue with the license and product keys remains open.In this regard, I have a question. If I use the online version of the program, will I not be able to use files from my accountants, even if they send me them in formats other than QBX (for example, QBW or QBB) because they will be generated in the 2016 version?

The previous bookkeeper received email's from From: [email address removed] <[email address removed]> for Accepted Tax Return: INTUIT SERVICE NOTICE and W-2/W-3 E-File Submission Received by the SSA: INTUIT SERVICE NOTICE. How do I turn a "Bank" account into a long-term liability? When my friend setup her Quickbooks online she set-up her loans as Bank accounts instead of long-term liabilities and I can't figure out how to change it. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I received items for a partial shipment from a vendor. Now, that PO no longer shows up in my open POs report nor on the list of POs from that vendor when I try to receive more items. The PO still shows as an open PO when I manually open it, but I cannot receive items against it. HELP!
I am trying to customize a year end donor report for donors in my church. Using the above report, I thinks I have everything except the product/service column that shows the type of donation, like weekly, special, etc. Can I add this and how?
I have tried for over 4 months to have QuickBooks refund a 20K+ tax payment that they removed from my bank account, they did not send it to the tax department,. I have called over 7 times, every time I called I hear the same thing. They see where they took the $, they will contact me back. Then the case gets closed without any resolution. The last time I was told I would see the refund in 7 to 10 days. Then the case got closed again and there was no refund. Has anyone had any luck recovering their $. I have contacted by bank about filing fraud charges, I am also in the process of filing with the FDIC. Any advise on this issue.
When I'm sending departmental reports that might require a column of input, we use google sheets. It takes forever to enter a code for each report, and then re-log into QBO in-between each one. 6 departments, 3 reports each.

I am facing an issue with old receivables and payables that remain uncleared, causing them to linger on my unpaid bills and open invoices. Is there a way to clean this up without impacting my financial results? These are items from 4 to 5 years ago.
The format used when printing invoices now has a column for date, SKU and qty even for flat rate items. I want to remove these columns. They do not show up when creating the invoices only when printing so I cannot even add information to them.
