But when he provide his email, Name, Phone No. and password he could not go further and received the following message. "The feature you have requested is temporarily unavailable. I currently subscribe to Essentials direct from Intuit and would like to take advantage of my CPA’s discounted rate. Is it possible to do with existing account ? We tried to transfer billing to the CPA but the rate stays unchanged.
I'm just opening the app for the first time. The bouncing visual features are overwhelming, and they distract me while I'm trying to read titles and understand the interface. The delay is very frustrating and it makes me not want to use the app. Can someone tell me how to turn them off?
I am a small accounting firm with approx. 25 clients on my monthly wholesale bill/month for 8 years. I am a one person business/owner and have used QBO & QBO payroll for my clients and their businesses not only since opening my own firm, prior while working for a large CPA firm. I have contacted sales support to remove an erroneous multi state payroll charge from one of my payroll clients subscription that has occured and billed over the past 3 months, December 25, 2023 billing will be the 4th month. I recently have unexpected medical affairs to attend to over the past several months and did not realize the overcharge until today when I contacted support. INTUIT will NOT refund or credit my account for this erroneous charge and I am furious! Customer service states I should know as I pay the wholesale bill and although knowing all "the things" that trigger a multi state requirement and yes, I do! I have been working with QBO since it was birthed
How do you generate a list of customers with their associated sales tax? I do not want to see "based on location"--would like to see the county.
Progress invoicing is not staying on in the settings. I go to settings-sales-progress invoicing- on (green)-click done. I receive the prompt that settings are saved. Then it switches back to off. None of the invoices are the "new experience". Im also not able to send the remainder of the invoices the have been previously saved under and paid as progress invoices.
I updated all files, then restarted QB Desktop. There's still no such option under the Company tab.
QBO reconciliation charges are not matching bank statement charges amount. I have a 0.00 balance but the only issue is the charges are not matching at the top of page. I have noticed this where there has been a late fee applied and or credited. in this case it was only applied. Has this been an issue with anyone? how to fix/ correct?
Last year (2022) I made payments for estimated tax. Those payments show up in my chart of accounts as prepaid taxes. My accountant applied that money last year when she did my taxes. My accountant does not do QuickBooks, so that money is still showing in that account. I have never done journal entries in QB's before, but I assume that is what I will need to do to have the correct amount showing for this years' deposits. I am afraid of messing up the whole account.
Support is telling me I need to get an app called DAPT in order for QB Online to be able to pull only unbilled time.
I am sure we are missing a step here, but I need to be able to see how much we estimate the project to cost. To summarize, the report shows the estimated cost and the estimated revenue to be the same numbers, and this is not helping me.
Hi, I have twice requested ti be the primary admin for my companies QB Desktop account. I submitted all the information that was necessary and still have not been approved. Ultimately I’m just trying to pay for our QB subscription for this year but it is becoming a real hassle. Our credit card expired but I can’t update in QB until I’m approved as the primary admin. Any help on how to make a one time payment or expedite this would be appreciated.
Are there job aids or steps to switch from QB online to QB desktop? I see the opposite (switching from desktop to online) but I have sold my business and just want to retain my files without continuing a monthly subscription.
I don't want this feature. It doesn't work. It takes multiple attempts to get a text message and the verification pictures are so grainy that it takes multiple attempts to get them correct. I don't want this feature.
Why can’t I search for a customer by phone number in my QuickBooks?
