i've been trying to reconnect my M & s card for many weeks and keep getting error message that they cannot connectI have removed and re addedi have clear all my cookies removed and re addedI feel i have tried everything but still cant get it connectedPlease help
I can upload .csv files manually but bank balance in QB does not match bank? Thanks Jackie
We are with Bank of Scotland. QB banking page keeps telling me I need to reconnect with our bank(Bank Of Scotland). I follow the links, do the relevant steps in BoS account which says I have successfully reconnected. I get returned to QB where I see the 2 icons which then change to a big green tick and again saying re-connection successful. Then nothing happens. I go back to banking section of QB-no update allowed as I need to reconnect! I have " successfully reconnected " 3 times today, yet am no further forward.
