I have 2 bank deposits on my bank statement but did not upload to my online QuickBooks. How do I manually upload them so I can complete my bank reconciliation.

Anyone from QuickBooks. Why are you still using this bank as a partner.Let me go over my issues with them i have had to see if anyone has had similar issues. 2022 to 2023 After a Pending transaction outage for months at a time, Green Dot misplaced about 2100 dollars in funds. After working with them almost weekly. After 2 months i was told my ticket was sent to the wrong department and it had been sitting in their ticket Q doing nothing. All updates i received were either made up stories or false info. After another month i finally got a 60 Dollar credit to my account. But was put in contact with a person at Green dot that was in the states that actually wanted to help, and had power to do so. After sending screenshots of my account proving what i had been saying. The woman got to work and never called me back.. After a week, i had her name and department info, so i called Green Dot and she no longer worked with the compan
people paid us and its in undeposited fund in quickbooks but in my bank account , how do i fix ?
I feel this matter is urgent. I have been trying to track down my missing money for 3-1/2 years. Now I found it "In Quickbooks" but Do not know how to get it..

Does anyone know why my QBO does not have an on/off option in Bank Transactions/Categorize/Settings? This matching between Band accounts is driving me nuts.
I prefer to record my bank transactions manually so I would like to reverse the linked bank account feature
QB has two "Payments to Deposit" (see attached) that do not relate the actual payments - apparently dupes of real payments (or partial...). How do I get rid of them? If I "deposit" them in the bank account they'll forever show as income and if I delete from the register they go back to the same Payments to Deposit screen. Thanks.

It warned me that I could only transfer to TurboTax once, and it was good, so I clicked yes. I remember this same warning last year but all went well a year ago, so I am not sure what happened this time.
I now have a discrepancy difference from my reconciled statement.
The seems like a glitch. It has never happened this way before and I've been on here for years. Because of this issue, I now have to go back into ALL of my transactions, find the one I was just trying to work on and assign it the correct category. This is costing me some serious time and frustration and no response from quickbooks.
